no one answered when I said "hello"

I called the number back after my husband said they had been calling for a few weeks, never say anything and then hang up. There is no option to speak to anyone, but you can leave a message and they will remove your number. Great, so the calls stopped for about a week and last night they caled again except this time a guy starts telling me about how I can dnae to some local charity. I told him to stop calling and remove me from the list he simply responded with okay and then hung up on me!!!

Received two calls last night, after 8PM...no answer and they did not leave a msg on my machine.

Several calls over the last months. Never leave a message. Usually hang up when I answer. Once heard voices in the background before they hung up.

received a call at 8:20pm from this number...did not answer.

Have received 5-6 calls this week from PBIS, whatever that is.  Last one was from 408-496-1515

Got this call to my office phone. I have had lots of problems with these guys from PBIS - looks like a spam but they do hide behind some non-profit. Please let me know if you know a way to get rid of them. The Do Not Call list does not work for them.

getting these telemarketers calls all the time. I have told them several times to removed me from their call lists and have had no luck.

Everyone should file a complaint on the governments donotcall website.  All complaints are forwarded to law enforcement regardless of type.  If enough people complain they will look into it further.

They call every almost every night; never leave a message.  I called the number back and a recording said I could leave my phone number and they would not call again.  Their voice mail box was FULL.  I wonder why.

This number calls me almost once a day. I've never answered. I figured if it was important they would leave a message. They never do. Glad I never picked it up.

Got a call just a minute ago from PBIS 408-496-1515 and NO ANSWER!

Answered and I heard someone yelling at other people at the other end, something like, "blah blah we gotta get some blah blah." and then it hung up. At least I'll know now not to pick up again.

I am on the DNC list and I get calls from these people constantly.  I did not know until today that they are a Non-Profit organization.  I really don't care if they are, and that they are supposed to be exempt from the DNC list.  When I signed up on the DNC list, I meant, DO NOT CALL ME!  There ought to be a law against this invasion of privacy.  It's really frustrating to have to continually be pulled away from what I am doing to answer the call from these people.  Ninety-nine times out of a hundred no one answers on their end!!!

It's really annoying to receive up to 10 calls a day at my business!

I also answered the call and the caller tried to sell me a ticket for something like California fire-fighter's foundation. It sounds bogus. I just hanged up the phone.

Answered their call and "Leo" tried to sell me tickets to a firefighter fundraiser. When I said "No thanks" very politely, he hung up. I've called the number back to report the guy as RUDE. I always get the recorded message saying their clients are exempt from DNC and leave your number and name if you want to be removed from their internal DNC list. Their mailbox is full.

Glad I didn't want to buy anything. I hope they get shut down soon!

I also get this call nearly daily. Phone rings and they ALWAYS hangup. I can even hear rustling around on the other end. Not line noise.

I also doubt their "Non Profit" crap.

Called me tonite, asked for "steve" (a previous owner of this residence from about 15 years ago.)  I said no and they just hung up.  They say their clients are exempt from DNC list because of their non-profit status.  
Sounds like Balogna to me.
I called them back to hear the crazy message, yeah the dude trips over his words, dead giveaway for criminal scammers. Thanks.

Identified as PBIS.  These people call every night, every afternoon, whenever ... at least once a day.  I don't answer.  The one time I did, they hung up.  How can we shut them down?
