We've been getting calls at least 10 times a day from this number.  I don't answer the phone because the first time I answered there was no one there.

We are continually receiving calls from this number with no response when answered.  They seem to coincide with making an inquiry regarding a home equity loan.

We are constantly receving phone call from 408-538-2809 every 3 minutes apparts, how can we stop receving this phone call?

How do I make it stop 8-10 an hour with no one on the other end its must be an automated call system. Should I sign up on the do not call registry?

Whoever these people are, they call 15-20 times a day. I tried calling back, if only to ask them to stop, but I always get a busy signal.

Just got a call on my cell from them....I got as far as "I'm a senior executive from..." then the call cut out.

Found out how to stop calls.  This is a San Jose California call the phone number is through Pac-West Network.  Call them at 800-959-4513 to issue a complaint, they will in turn send a written letter and if you get calls after this written letter is issued save it on your caller id and then call the 800 number again and then they are in violation of federal law and charges can be made.

Recieved a call, when I answered, there were no response. I said, "hello" two times then disconnected.

If they are going to act a fool and keep calling, then the next time, I'm going to scream at the top of my lungs, see if they like that! It's so aggrivating...

This company began calling me after I checked the internet for home equity loan rates.  I can't get them to stop. I have told them repeatedly that I have already found a lender but they call anyway.  Sometimes they will call 8-10 times in an hour.

I tto gave my # to several places including lendingtree.com for refinance quotes. Now this # is calling my cell #,I answer and no one is there and when I call back it is busy!!!

They call my cell every 15 mins and when I answer they do not say any thing. When I call back the line is busy. I wish someone would answer.

I never applied for any loan on line. These people have called at the least 4 to 5 times a day

This is an Internet Mortgage Company. I spoke with them myself. You must have signed up for or entered an application on the internet!

funny that you mention it, i wondered why i was getting these annoying 4 to 6 calls a day from this number...my husband and i just refinanced our home within the last couple of months as well.  this is crazy.  i don't anwswer the phone when i see the #, i just send it to voice mail

Call every 8 minutes for about an hour all week.

this is not a collection agency for credit cards. They call me at least 5 times a day and I don't have any credit cards

I am recieving at minimum 5 calls a day for the past two weeks at my place of employment. There is no response when answered.  I am filing a complaint with the FCC.

I started receiving phone calls from this number yesterday (8-29-07). I wasn't home and they called me 6 times and today when they called 2 times, they said they are a home mortage company, that I applied for online, when I told them I wasn't interested and never did apply online they just hung up.

im up to about the same amount of calls a day. i call him san jose stalker,to bad i can't call him when i go to work 6am here 3 am there. im so sorry i loged on to lending tree.com im the dumb-a** for putting in my cell # DUH!

i started getting phone calls on august 9 ,today is august 28 i call this person san jose stalker because this a-hole just breaths into the phone & sez nothing.today sjs called a mumbled a name & i figured out its a mortgage co,lending tree, when we were shopping for the best rates, 3 months ago!!!!!!!!!!!!!fustrating

They keep calling my business phone.  I never pick up but they keep calling.  Can we report them?

They started calling me this morning and call over and over again.  I tried to call them back and I get a busy signal.  They do not leave a message.

They have called me 5 times in the last 20 minutes and probably 15 times in all today. This is the first day. Sigh... I picked up and told the guy he had the wrong number. He said OK. If they call again I may go ape$%!t
