The caller is a criminal who is trying to upset you and steal your money.

Real process servers don't need or seek your help in doing their jobs.

Ignore them and continue your pursuit of happiness.

No one calls you beforehand to serve summons! (Well, except crooks pretending to be debt collectors, law enforcement agents, etc.)

Crystal, I'll go out on a limb here. Did "Sean" have a foreign accent? One that sounded like it was Indian? Probably Gujarati?
Don't be surprised if I'm right. We deal with Indian frauds here all the time. The Indian frauds love the name "sean". They don't seem to realize that the name "sean" brings up images of a person that could be used as a dart if a feather was shoved in his....

Man claiming to be a locator service. He said his name was Sean Parker.   He said he was trying to serve me papers and needed to verify my address.  He said he was going to continue to call and continue to show up at my families houses unless I verified my information.  I told him I was going to report him to the police.  He was rude, unprofessional and not legit at all.
