Recording when you answer says you have one a trip to Cancun.  A friend of yours put your name in a draw at Bloomingdales, Macy's  etc and they pulled your name. Bull I don't know anyone in the States. when you don't answer one of the three options it cuts you off.

Received a notification in my email at work that I missed a call from this number, 4085872116. Our phones at work connect to our email so if I'm not at my desk I know whenever someone calls, even if they hang up. Checked the number out here and saw all the comments. Glad I wasn't there to answer but wonder who's calling my office phone # which is not listed.

16 more calls since i reported to this web site. also filed a complaint with the fcc, and got a letter back stating thank you but it doesnt meet the requirements for them to pursue................ so whats left. the agencies we have to regulate this cant! maybe thats the wrong agency. Hmmm, maybe an m1 abrahms through the front door of their boiler room would work. squash all them little roaches calling us good folk and wasting our precious minutes. Oh yeah, gee your phone provider cant do anything about it, maybe cause the lobbyists paid them off? time to rethink how our govt protects us. We Have No rights, we sold them to a third party ROFL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

twice a day the somebiches, if it wasn't for our "LIBERAL" attitude and everyone has rights, these people are in my catagory with all the polititians, lawyers, and insurance people, for use as bait. they have done more harm in the name of justice and fairness than the crusades and religion. No they do not have a right to call my cell phone, not if they arn't payin for the minutes. Oh wait, their lobbyists probably got the communications companies in their pocket. DOH!. and the politicians, and lawyers, .......... I digress :(

I have gotten repeated phone calls from this number - recorded message about
car warranty.  I have gotten so sick and tired of the calls, that today, when
the message says "press 1 to speak to a representative about your vehicle's
warranty" I did.  I wanted to speak to someone in person about taking my phone
number off of their list.  I was connected to a man.  He immediately asked for
my make/model of my vehicle.  When I wouldn't give it to him, he got very ugly
and demanded the info again.  When I told him that I just wanted my number
removed from their call list, he began cursing me out - even using the "F" word and then hung up on me.  I have filed a complaint with the FCC and called the "parent company" phone number and told them about it as well.  BEWARE.

I'm pretty sure that this scam is just one of many identity theft rings operating.  I had many "hang-ups" from this number until i finally decided to answer a call yesterday 2/5/08.  There was a male voice telling me that my warranty on my car was about to expire, and this would be the last message i would be receiving to this effect before my warranty was canceled.  It said press "1" if you'd like to speak to an agent regarding this matter.  When an "agent" came on the line he asked me for the year, make and model of my vehicle.  i asked him "who is calling" he said "James" - I asked "what company are you with?" and he hung up.  I'm almost certain they will try and get to a point where they are asking for current address, and other info, as well as social security number...PLEASE tell everyone you know not to ever, ever, give out their social security number.  It is very difficult (and expensive) to reverse the damage once your identity is stolen!

I have been receiving  repeated calls from this number with multiple claims, from car insurance, car warrenty, credit card scams, credit check scams. I am on the do not call list which is quite obvioulsy useless and perhap a scam in it self for since I have been on this list the calls have increased.  I have informed my DA.

Received call on my cell phone: An automated message informed me that this is their second and final notice that my auto warranty was expiring soon. I hit "1" to get a person on the line, and when I asked the lady which car this notice applies to, she immediately hung up on me. That skanky w***e.

Alright, so I called DigitCom and they claim not to be affiliated with the numbers, but forwarded me to another company's number,

1-800-461-6675.

I called that number and the man who answered was lame. I told him I was calling to get off the calling list of a scam warranty company and his reaction was. "Well, I don't know that its a scam..." My reply was, "Well they're calling my unlisted cell phone number...which is illegal. I would call that a scam." His odd defensive attitude towards the scammers made me nervous so I asked if he represented the company making the calls or if he represented the phone company supplying their service. He NEVER GAVE ME A CLEAR ANSWER! He said he could get me off their list, but he was so shady that I didn't want to hand my number over to him.

Anyway, if nothing else, I've obtained a number where everyone can voice their frustrations...

It is the same freakin' call I get from 562-289-8136. They seem to be hitting Northwest numbers hard right now. I've already filed a complaint with the FCC, but I still get the calls! Everyone needs to call the phone company supplying their service to complain. Maybe they'll get disconnected for a while. In another forum the following information was given for the phone company supplying the phone numbers to the scammers. It was listed as follows...

"Digitcom Services
12923 Venice Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90066
Phone  (310) 358-7000
(800) 464-5446
Fax    (310) 437-4105"

If this # calls, just answer and scream into the phone. Or a fog horn or whistle works well too. =)

Warranty scam previously I got the same call from 562 289 8136. I used to just let them go to voice mail but now I just have fun with them by calling them names and and using expletive terms pointed at them that would make Andrew Dice Clay blush. I figure the longer I keep them on the phone, the less they can harass others. If you get these calls have fun with them and let then get angry instead!

"NEW CAR WARRANTY" SCAM!

Says it is the final notice (before the next final notice).  The big mistake is when you press the number to be removed for their calling it just confirms to their machines that it is a good number.

It's bad enough getting stuck with the dribble from the political "surveyors" that the politician protect their own cespool.

Makes one want to just go totally OFF GRID, doesn't it?

They offered to lower my credit card interest rate to 4.99 percent, which I know is not possible on credit cards once the terms and conditions have been agreed upon. They're probably trying to steal my identity. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM...
