Called at 10:30pm! and hung up!

they called at 12:45 a.m !

they could've done the polite thing and call at 4:am.

I have a "missed" call from them at midnight this morning...

Thank goodness that I slept through it...

Wow, I am surprised at the amount of responses to this number. I was called around 4:30am EST time from this number, needless to say it woke me up from a nice slumber and I actually took the time to find out the area code and was shook, because I just added a person I met over the weekend on facebook who was from California and I thought that person was calling me or tracked me down to my house, so yeah, I slept with the tv on for the next couple of hours, lol.

called at 2:29 am EST. called the number back, all it says is thanks for calling back, if you want to be removed from our list press 1, when you press 1 it says thanks and disconnects

We got a call from this number at 4:23 a.m. - of course it woke us up!  The caller ID reads "TN removal sys."  When we answered, they said nothing! Grrrr...

Got this on my cell about 15 minutes ago.  Didn't answer.  Appears to be a telemarketer out of the Salinas, California area.  What a waste.

Call was at 2:15 AM,which can be frightening.  Filed a complaint with Federal Do Not Call List.

Received a call from this number last night at 2:32 a.m. Scared me to get a call at that time of night. Caller ID said SERVICE MSG. Did not leave any message.

I got the call at 4 am  No one ever calls at that hour for a good reason so needless to say, I went into panic mode.  ANd then no one on the other end - just dead air.  This is harassment!  I filed a complaint with the FCC using their online for and I recommend yoiu do the same.

11 PM at night!  ARE YOU KIDDING ME??!!

I had just laid down in my bed when my phone rang at 2:00 A.M. As soon, as I answered they hang up. Of course, my time is central time, but who in their right mind would call somebody at the time of day or night! Whatever, no harm done...came up as "Cellular Call" on my caller ID.

Got a call from this number at 3:47 am on our landline.  By the time we answered, we missed the call.  When calling it back, we were given the option to be removed from the calling list.  Of course, by that time we were wide awake!  I have used this site to find the link to report them since we are on the Texas no call list.

These idiots called at 3:00 A.M. CST.  We as consumers should have a right to do something to these people. If I receive any additional charges on my home phone or cell I will call the BBB and do everything in my power to make their life miserable.  Thank you.

Call received at 3:09 am on 6/25!!!  I just moved from NY to IL and thought something had happened to family back East.  I received the call on my land line - came up on caller ID as Cellular Call. NOT HAPPY!!

they called me at 4:00 AM this morning on land line.  Obviously a scam.

This call came in at 4:52 AM.We are seniors with sick relatives.Needless to say ,it shook us up.

Yeah, they called me @ 5:18 AM EST. Nuts....Glad I don't keep my cell phone next to me at night. I would have been pissed!!!!

They hit me at 5:30AM, Thursday, June 25.  They hung up when I answered, and so I did a google search on the number when I got to work.  That's how I got to this board.  Wow, I can't get over the number of people who have the same gripe as me, and at the same time, more or less.  And notice that this board was silent since April 2008, and now a rash of posts starting June 20, 2009.

Got a call at 4:49 am; I am NOT happy.  Hung up as soon as I answered.  Called back to see who the idiot was that called so early; got an automated directory. . .something about press 1 to do whatever.  Didn't listen to message, too tired/sleepy.  

PLEASE: report these a**-holes to FCC Consumer Complaints (I just finished filing my electronic complaint), maybe the feds can lock them up!!!

Called me twice at 3:00 AM! First thought when you get a call at that time in the morning is that someone in your family has been in an accident or worse yet has died. When you are awaken at time in the morning it is very upsetting. Whoever is on the other end of that number should be fined and permanately barred from further calls.

called me at 1:53am their time 4:53am my time. Hung up when I answered.  My sister lives out that way and it had me concerned that early...  good to know it is just some assclown

I received a call at 4:39 am and the caller hung up as soon as I answered the phone. It is totally ridiculous for people to be so inconsiderate and call at anytime. I am registered with "do not call" and can't figure out what's going on. This really needs to stop . . . any recommendations?

I wanted to add that when you report these harassing phone calls you must have the date(s) and time(s) and Caller ID info to put on the complaint form to the FTC.  You can do this online.

Called at 2:30am Central time on 6/25/09 on a landline!  I said hello several times and they didn't say anything so I hung up.  The caller ID on the phone only said "Out of Area" and the phone number.  I intend to use call block if they call again and report them to the FTC.  I have done this with harrassing credit collectors looking for someone we don't know and it worked, the calls stopped.

Called at 2:46 a.m. 6/25/09. Service Message on ID. Hung up when answered. I feel like taking a shot gun to them if I could find them.
