Telemarketer calling to my cellphone

I have been receiving these calls since about February 2008.  It coincidentally started when I switched from Crickett cellular to AT&T cell phone service, but then I switched to TMobile.  (this all happened within about 3 weeks so I'm not certain who is to blaim.) I think one of them or one of the stores that I signed up for service sold my phone number.  I do know it has something to do with this because I also have a prepaid phone that I listed when I signed up for AT&T service and it started getting calls at the same time.    I honestly believe AT&T sold my info or was hacked and someone pulled my info from their system.  There should be a lawsuit initiated against the warranty company.

how do they get cell phone numbers????  really annoying especially when you have to pay for the calls you don't want.

called me today on my virgin mobile phone 1:30 pm had many calls like this over the past month they just need to go away

This caller has my cell phone number. How did all the telemarketers get this unlisted number?

They called me, but since I didn't recognize the number, I let it go to my voice mail. They never left a message and never called me back either. I was curious as to who it was, so I looked it up online and found this!

Calls to my cell phone re "warranty about to expire". But no one online.  Service provider for this number is Digitcom in Salinas, CA.  They don't have an email to lodge a complaint and request they shut down this customer for telemarking abuse.

Called about warranty that does not exist.  I am on the do not call list, and they should not be calling me.

I constantly receive calls from this number on my cell phone. When I answer there is no one on the line and then it goes dead..they call at least 3-4 times per week.

I don't answer calls from people I don't know, but it's the third I've gotten today

I have gotten dozens of calls from these people who tell me time is running out to purchase an extended warranty on my van. They even leave messages when I don't answer the phone.  I have no need for a warranty from them as I already have one.
There is never an opportunity to delete yourself from these annoying calls and even when I TRY to get connected to a representative (so I MIGHT be able to removed from the call list) I am never connected to a real person.

repeated messages on my cell phone but no way to get a person on callback. expiring warranty on vehicle is the premise. when i did answer, the person asked for my make and model. i asked what this was in reference to... i got a snicker then silence then end of call. they have been calling from another number as well a 213 or 216 i think. how do get rid of these?

so is there a place where we can complain?...they name of the company is general motors they said...and  they call me from these 2 numbers in 1 day ....today! 408-587-2177 & 213-710-8151. I mentioned to the guy and he only said i am sorry for the trouble...but yeah who created that way of doing business....This is call harassment!!! This goes to all marketing company despites of the service...i am so annoyed..oh and i got this on my cell phone!!

I dont own a car

yea they called me at least 4 times...and i don't own a car!!! so now i just hang up or ignore those calls

i pressed 1 . i got an operator who wanted the make and model of my car. i asked her if she already had that info as they had called me based upon it. she said, "i'm sorry, that information didn't transfer with the call. i just need the make and model of a car." i said "of any car?" and she hung up. i called back and got a recording saying to press 1 if you want to be removed from our list. i did that, but wouldn't bet on it.

Got a call from these warranty guys - they are a scam.  I got the same call from a different number with a 213 area code.  Looks like they are proliferating!  Best solution is to hang up - it is not worth trying to tell them to stop calling or put you on a do not call list.  They won't listen anyway and will probably hang up before you get the words out.

they called the office were i work and i pressed "1" to talk to them about getting service and then got some guy and told him i wanted off the list and he laughed at me and then hung up.

This is one of many spam calls I get on my cellphone.  It is an automated message, which are supposed to be illegal for cellphone calls.

Got a call from 408-587-2177. It surprised me because I have been on a Do Not Call list for over 2 years. Man who answered asked for the make, model and year of my car. I asked him where he got this number. He would not tell me and finally hung up on me.

These people will not allow calls to come in. I they also hang up before the total "do not call again coomes out of mu\y mouth. yet they call again

vehicle warranty very sneeky these people are. made me think my used 1991 corrola still have a warranty covering all the repairs i made. i told him give me my goddamn money back for the tranny i just repaired.
