Someone on this number (reverse search says it is a land line in either Santa Clara or Sunnyvale) has called the same time 3 days in a row.  Once no message.  Second time they rang 3 times and hung up b4 I could answer.  Third time was just tonight and they said hello (cutting in and out) and then asked is this ___ (and used my first and last name), then more of me saying hello hello and then the call ended.  The voice was a man and he sounded middle age or younger with a low, shallow pitch.

We have received a new of calls from this number and they do not leave a message.

getting disturbed by calls from 408-598-3601

Got a call from this number (408-598-3601).  The person said she was taking an opinion poll on three ballot measures then asked if my number is a home or cell number.  Right after I said "home," she hung up.  I'm suspicious she will call back another day/time to see if we are home.  Time to start screening calls.
