URL starting with capital letters is not indicative of fraud, only of someone/some entity choosing caps vs lower case.
However, I do believe it is either one of the following:
-scam
-spam
-biz entity trying to drum up business, in rather bizarre manner
Had this happen before w/phone call from an insurance agency.

I received a text message from phone number 408-607-8609 offering a loan for up to $1500.00. The message said to go to a website titled WWW.LoanLastMin.COM. The web address obviously NOT NORMAL (WWW), never have I seen a web site begin with all capitalized. Nor end with all capital's (COM). For anyone that may be new to computer access, may not recognize this as abnormal. Hopefully, more people will post **WARNING SIGN'S** of potential scam's.
