No its a scam they lie tell you that you owe money and they will sue you every time I go online for a loan
or fill out a form they call me right after they wont leave you alone got so mad a threatened and cursed them out .

A man saying his name is restitution Officer Mark White called saying that if I did 't send my account information for a payday loan I had gotten a couple of months ago that Federal agents were going to come to house and arrest me for check fraud and cyber crime.  I talked to the bank and an attorney and they said that this is a SCAM and that paperwork would have to be sent in order for payday companies to collect and that it would be a civil matter and not a criminal matter.  This is the number they called from 408-641-7599 and it is registered to Bandwidth.com, so if they call you from this number please call and make a complaint or call your local attorney general office.

They Called My Home Asking For My Mother And She Called Back And Asked For Credit Card Information,They Are A SCAM !

I JUST GOT I CALL FROM HESE IDIOTES I LITERLY WAS IN TEARS THEY SAY THEY WILL HAVE A WARRENT FOR MY ARREST IF I DONT PAY AND THE FBI IS INVOLVED AND THAT I WILL BE NOT ALLOWED EVER TO ASK FOR A LOAN ASLO MY BEST FRIENDS A FBI AGENT AND THEY LOOKED UP AND NOTHING ON THEIR END STATED I HAD A WARRENT WE NEED TO GET RID OF THESE PEOPLE

NO!  Its a scam.  DO NOT give them any of your personal information.  (i.e. bank account, social security no. etc.)

This number calls indicating a member of my Family owes 900+. dollars. When you try to ask specific information, as in ...What is the charge, where did this debt take place on what dates, etc..? The person (Officer White) takes an aggressive phone posture. Asserting that Federal officers will show up at the door and arrest my Family member the following day, and how serious this matter is and the person better pay right away.

Yea this is the second time they tried to scam me, if they call you just say you are an attorney and they will put you on hold forever until you hang up.

I received a phone call from someone from this number at work today stating that I received a loan deposited into my account and never repayed which is total b***s***, I always check my account and trust me if there was unaccounted funds I would definitely check into it. These people are the lowest form of scum they use the government to attempt to extort money from you. I have every intention of reporting this to all 3 bureaus.

They called saying I need to call the cyber crime unit Harry kemp there is a legal issue with the last four digits of my Ssn. I didn't return the call cause the heavy Indian accent I figured it was a scam.    They called a couple wks ago also. People need to leave people alone... Make ur own damn money.., losers get a job!

i called back and they sd they were going to get me for a bunch of stuff too and i would be arrested and should call my probation officer. Called my lawyer and they sd they can't charge things like that on a payday loan but can charge a lot of fees and he's going to review my loan docs.

These people have been harrassing me for the past 2 weeks the first number they contacted me by was 2022391271I then contacted the FTA stopped maybe for 2 days then started calling me on 9049008401 now they are calling me saying its officer James Thomas now calling me on 4086417599.  I"ve been told I would suffer the consquences if I did not call back.

they cant be being when i called back 5 times and every time got a message saying the number was unavailable at this time to leave a message the man who left me the message said his name was  harry Kemp could barley understand what he was saying i do believe it is a scam

i just got a call from them on my cell saying that me or my lawyer should call them their was a cyber case on me and when i called back said number was available to leave a message

They did the same to me yesterday, Officer Alex & Officer James.  I have filed a FTC report on them, also State report (NJ) as well.  I unfortunately jumped and panic so sent them via fax a letter saying I will pay them $988.70, which includes $120 for an OOCR document along with my license.

Make sure you file a report, also contact all 3 credit bureaus to do a freeze and identity theft claim.
Of course, they hardly spoke English, should have been 1st give away to me, not to mention officers always identify themselves by last name and provide documentation on what you owe/are charged with!
