I had the exact same message, my husband talked to him and he said he was suing us for a fastcash loan when we've never taken one out!  He had all our financial information, too.  Looks like an identity theft scam!!

I got the same creepy message about 5 times in a row on my cell phone, plus they called my former place of work and left the same message.  "If you don't return the call the second you get the message, all I can do is wish you luck as the situation unfolds upon you?"  Sheez.  However, the first time I tried to call them back, I got the message that the voice mailbox was full (apparently the fool can't take a break from placing his urgent calls to check the responses).  Same thing the second time.  Third time I tried to call back, I got the message that the number was not in service.  Hopefully this means the FTC or FBI or DHS has disbanded the scammer, who identified himself as Max Johnson on calls to me.  At least I like images of a raid on the warehouse while he's mid-call, demanding to speak to someone's "attorney of record," and him being dragged off somewhere in handcuffs, pleading to speak to his own attorney of record.

They are not pulling a scam or anything. I do agree that they are VERY unprofessional in the matter that they do their business by threatening you and saying may god be with you if you don't return their calls. I had a very heated discussion with Spencer Reid yesterday. A very rude jack @ss that needs to learn proper ways of dealing with people in America. If you are from a Lawyer's office as he claims, you NEED to learn better customer service skills. I had to set up a payment with them or they were going to serve me court papers at my place of employment to let my employer know what I have done. AND I had to write a letter of apology (am I back in fricking school) and get the damn thing notarized on top of that. I have done that and I have requested them to send me a copy of the legal/court documents to my home address with the name of the Payday Loan company and the name of his company. He is VERY hard to understand. VERY bad english skills.

I got this call 13 times on Monday. The guys name was Andy Jones. Very creepy and somewhat threatening. No calls on Tuesday, but they started in again on Wednesday but it was a different guy this time. I can't make out this guys name, but it was the same exact speech, wishing me luck as the situation unfolds upon me. WTF?

I didn't recieve a personal call from them, but my place of employment did.  I work for a good company, and red flags went up when they recieved the call.  So the secretary in the office googled the number.  She was worried I would be gullable enough to send them money.  Good thing I'm not.  Anyway, shouldn't someone be investigating this or something?

Thanks Rhonda for the info.  I have had very threatening phone calls and I have turned this over to my attorney and reported them to the Attorney General's office.  This is unbelievable and very scary at the same time because it is like they know everything about you.  They told me that I took out a payday loan and didn't pay it and that I was going to be arrested.  I totally was taken back and he has all my information including my mother's name and my best friend's name.  You almost have to laugh because they think they are so "with it" and any smart person would know that they are dirt balls taking the low road to make a buck.  I believe in Karma and it always comes back around, so they will get caught eventually.

Thanks again!

I just got a call from this number also.  It's called Fast Cash International. He said he is from ACS Backoffice Legal Department. He said his name is Robin Jackson and he  said there's a 12 page affidavit againt me regarding a payday loan.  He called my job and told me that he was going to go forward with this tomorrow 5/20. I am going to check my bank account statements to see what he's talking about because I have no clue.  I've read other posting and I think this is a scam. He gave me his number 408-688-2537 and told me to call him in an hour. I keep calling and no one is answering and I can't lrave a message.  Weird.

I just received a call from these people with very broken English threatning me and saying if I didn't pay them the money today that was owed to National Payday that they would come with an attorney to my place of employment tomorrow and escort me to court. They asked me to write a letter of apology to the creditor and said I can make only make a payment because this is an attorneys office and it was very noisy in the background. They also called my employers office and left a message for me to call them immediately. They had my social and everything. Now I am not sure if this is real or is a bogus accoutn.

i just got several calls from these people as well.  They left voicemail messages saying that if i didnt respond immediately then "good luck to me in the future"  i too was surprised and scared about the personal information that they had of me.  They kept switching people and I finally spoke with a guy named Jason Daesee.  I even spoke with a person in charge of the whole ordeal, while Jason pleaded my case to this person.  I was called "dishonest" and "unlawful" by this other person because i was a "bad borrower".
I was also informed that the case against me would be money laundering (which in my industry is a big problem).  I asked them what i should do and they said i needed to make the payment and send a fax saying that i agree to make this payment.  I got off the phone, gathered my thoughts and realized that i didnt even receive money from this lender.
I refused to cooperate afterwards and they threatened to go to my house with an investigative crew.  they also threatened to tell my boss and hr department about my "bad credit".  An assistant of Jason Daesee, named Erick Matthews (sounds like a Boy Meets World character is you ask me), tried his hardest to get me to send my information.  I managed to get 2 fax numbers from them too.
They did not sound like lawyers.  Their english was more broken up than mine!
I'll be sure to report these jerks!

I received a call from this phone number this morning stating they represented a company with whom I did have an account with.  The call was very scary as he had personal informaiton of mine that is not public. They also said to write a letter of apology to the original creditor and threatened me personally. I contacted the company he said he was representing and they did not know anything about this ACS.  I then spoke to an attorney for the main company who called them and he was rude and hung up on the lawyer.  I did notify the credit bureau's, the FTc and my company's HR department.  I also went to the local police and tried to file a complaint, but until they actually do something with ID theft there was nothing I could do.

Be very care ful if oyu get a call from this company and do not give them any additonal personal informaiton as it sounds like they are tryign to do ID theft.  Also make sure you contact your banking and credit instituions and make them aware.

Just an update...I just received ANOTHER call, not 2 hours after the first.  I knew it was the same guy because he butchered my name, plus he had a thick accent.  I told him I wasn't in, but I could take a message.  I also asked where he was calling from and he said ACS Litigation Dept.  I have no clue what this is.

Also, I have not received any calls on my main number, only on my office phone.

I just got a call from a Spencer Reed.  He told me to call him back or have my attorney of record call him back the second I got the message as it was very important.  No company info or anything.  The end of the message states that if I do not call back, all he can do is "wish me good luck as the situation unfolds".  What the heck is up with that?

I have been reporting all unwanted calls to this website for months now..when I was reading some other post there is another number that was reported with the same threats. I am sorry I can not remember the other phone number..however one lady stopped it by giving them false info. Switch you acconting numbers around and routing number go ahead and authorize for any $ to be taken out.
Get you cell & house # changed and fill out a police report.
They are located internationally not from here in states.
