No response when we answered the phone and would not leave a message on the answer machine when we're gone. Really annoying.

It appears this caller thinks I'm Chinese.  I have receiver many such calls.
Now they are canned.  Even when I call this number back,it is in chinese.  The only "I think" I understood was FREEDOM.  How do I stop this
