If you receive a call from this number, it's because they've confirming the phone number associated with an order for in-game gold (World of Warcraft, Guild Wars, FIFA, etc.) Not a scam or a telemarketer really. You don't really even have to answer the call for the order to go through.

If you got this it means your kids/husbands are likely buying some kind of video game item. The number belongs to a Chinese game selling service. They call the number associated with the credit card to confirm you're not scamming them.
