They also use 408-465-4144... Beware!  I applied for a credit card not knowing it was a payday loan, which did not want.  Frauds! I cancelled the transaction and ever since I have been getting threatening and malicious phone calls at home at work. This is such a scam...how are they getting away with this!
I have since contacted my attorney.

I received a call at work today from a David Banner from Harrison Law Firm indicating I had taken out a payday loan with Cash Advance. I did not. He indicated that documents had been sent to me, which were all faked.. He informed me that if I continue to refuse to pay, I would go to court. I told him to go ahead and take me to court as I had no intention of paying anything to a thief and scammer.I told him to stop calling me and I hung up on him. I've had enough of this as it's been going on for over 6 months.

They changed the number a little 408-905-1786

I had the same call this morning and I work for the federal government and I truly did not appreciate the phon ecall , but I researched the information like some of you did and he said thei is officer Roy King and he was calling from Harrison Law firm and yes I do have an outstanding loan that I intend to pay , but it will not get paid by hassasment. so when I get home this afternoon I will have my lawyer friend call his A_ _ back before I let him have it myself

This is a scam....................they keep calling my office and leaving threathening
messages and I have talked to them and told them to quit calling me and they still
do.  this is just awful, Something needs to be done.  This is harrassment.

yes this is most deffently a scam i recived the same call last week and its still going on  but this time he called himself mr green  . trying to sue  me for the amount of 350.00  and yes they called themself a so callend law ferm and they were very rude to me aswell its the same two people  who chage there name up he called me again today saying his name is mr brandon what a buch of bs and when i ask send me some type of proff so that my atternys could look at the will ether hang up in my face or so rude things to me  yeah they or indians andd very very rude but i tell u this they messed with the wrong person because now ima sue for harrsment and whatever else in that matter they so called bisness will deffently be shut down and its is very scary because they got all of mine and others informations.... so when yall get that called from them have a stong comeback or tsome type of plan so they wnt take this any futher lets come together and stop them dead in there tracks cause my plan is in work as we speek

These people called me and were telling me that i owed 4700 dollars for taking out a payday loan and nothing showed up every on my bank account. well these people with american names from old style tv shows have heavy indian accents. They said they would take me to court and i asked where the court was where i needed to be and they gave me the round about. I told them it was a scam and they were very rude to me. I told them to take me to court or leave me alone. they are rude people and you just need to be careful don't give them any information or you will lose money. Please be careful DON'T BE A VICTIM!

I received the same call,...when I advised them that I knew they were scammers and that I wasnt giving them a dime..he went to saying Harrison Law Firm when I looked the actual law firm the names given did not exist. He had a heavy Indian accent. When I asked case documents be sent to me showing where I signed up for any payday loan he could not confirm. I advised that I would call back with authorities on the line if he threatens or calls me again. Do not give any money to this company they are definite scammers

I just received a call from 408-905-1854. The individual on the other end of the phone had an accent (Indian).  He was incredibly threatening and claimed that I owed a very large sum of money.  He gave me the choice of settling in or out of court.  Of course, the in-court settlement would be $3700.  I asked that legal documents be sent to me and he claimed that he could not do that until I paid them the money.  I asked if was calling from a law firm and he said "yes" - Harrison Firm. This situation sounds very similar to the others described below.  I am not paying them anything as I don't owe them anything and have never defaulted on anything.  Please be aware and be careful.

THIS IS A SCAM!!!! I applied for a payday loan online, and that's how they got my personal information. "Officer Mike" called my job today, saying that I had been sued and owed $450.00. I asked what the name of the firm was and their address, we asked me why. Then he said Harrison Law Firm. When I asked him for more information he transferred me to "David Banner." "David Banner" was very rude and threatening. I asked where the suit was filed, what date I took the loan, what company he worked for...He would never give me any information, just kept saying that he was going to send the affidavit to my house and job. No real law firm acts this way.

This is a room full of Indian scam artists, who are calling to try to get some money out of people. I told him it was insulting how they used names from American TV and expected me to believe any of the BS he was spewing.

DO NOT GIVE THEM A DIME!!!!

It's scary that they have all of personal information. Hopefully they will stop harassing me and calling my job. Lesson learned.
