408-922-9085 . Called very early, We were asleep.  They rang just once.  Just enough to be a prank call.

Same as the other people.  Calls but no one picks up.  We blocked this number.  We get way too many scam calls.

caller hung up after I answered.  Then I blocked them.

This was a live person calling, and he represented himself as from some Police Officer's association, from Willets California, although he said he was calling from another state.  He started to read a spiel about helping police officers, or widows and orphans, or some such nonsense, but as the other posts here show, he was just another con artist.

Stupid idiots called last year with a bunch of scam numbers. They called my house like I owe them money, they called my work place....

Was called by this number yesterday. I don't know who or why but do wish it would stop or someone put a stop to all calls like this. People need to grow a brain and see no ones gonna never pick up if they don't know who's calling or anything just  a hangups . And with all the  people doing this ripping off people or trying to rip off people this even goes for bill collection. But my number that was called is a fax only number that's it.

I AM very  tired of getting calls from theM. I thought when we call the Tel. Com the 800 no this type of calls could not be made.  I guess it doesn't work.
