Well, got only once and it was from Kaiser permanente from their Optical center and i was expecting it, Cause i had recently placed an order for new eyes glasses.
So i dont think it is any scam call.

someone at this number called my sister and asked for my husband (they don't even live near each other) they said they were Panama legal services (right...)... didn't return the call
