They called me saying that I have 17 cases that were filed against me some guy name Michael Urban...they first gave me this # 409-210-9306 then they gave me 409-420-2287 I called that # some guy name James Brown with a thick indian accent transfered me to Michael.I asked him to send me something in the mail regarding these so called 17 cases he asked me for my address....I didn't give him anything if you have cases in that office for me you should already have my address...I told him to stop calling me and if I get another call I will sue.

i have received several if not 3 calls from this gentlemen and 2 recorded on my cell phone and 1 at my job phone...this man states he is sgt. R.daniels and he is with said company and that i should not disregard this call and i will be in serious trouble.this is not the first time its happened i actually became a victim and sent these s.o.b.s. 600.dollars sometime ago...i was scared and worried what to do...omg...but the calls do not stop...where is there help and from whom??????

I got the call too for the past 2 weeks.  He's been calling from a 419 and 513 area code saying that a police officer is going to come to my door and arrest me.  What do I do?  It is scaring me because I am clueless about what he is talking about.  What do I do?  I can bearly understand his thick accent.

I got the call, in fact, I seem to get calls from a few different numbers.  They know the last 4 of my social too! I told them to stop calling me and that I have contacted the FBI.  They hang up when I said that.

If we can get his name, address, and company of the debt, then we can get either a lawsuit for slander or libel. But, since there is no company of the debt, then we need his name and address to send it.

Keep getting calls from this guy with an indian accent.  Now he is calling me at work telling my secretary he has a warrant for my arrest. I called him and told him to quit it.  What else can I do?

i just recieved a call from a lady with a heavy indian accent about the same things you guys got. It is a hoax because it happened to me about 6 months ago. they said they are faxing the bench warrant over to the local sherrifs office. so i am going to wait til tomorrow to give them a call. it is a bunch of bs tho. make sure u put all your info on alerts

Been receiving the same message from a number 409-210-9306 indian man, named david watson saying their is a warrant out with my social security number and that i need to call them,,and telling me god bless,,,,please let me know who to contact so that these people can stop bothering me.

Man with heavy indian accent, named David Watson claims to be from the national bureau of criminal identificaion and says they  have a non billable warrant against my social.  He names the last four numbers of my social.  Believe I received a call from the same man earlier this month claiming I owed them money on a payday loan...
