I am receiving calls from a Paul Banyon at 409-229-4365.  When I call the number back it is not a working number.  How they do this I don't know.  He says I have a complaint filed against me that I committed a fraud.  I don't for one minute buy into his BS.  How do you stop the calls????

This number keeps calling me and harassing me, I tell them I cannot take calls at work.

i have had several calls from these people but its the matter that our goverment cant do anything about due to the fact that the people doing it arnt from the us they have our numbers but they are still over seas so not in our district they call me non stop so i started calling them back they know all my info bday where i work where i bank what my ssn is my whole name my address phone numbers old address old numbers and even where i bank and where i work so watch out if they call n say for a state matter well by federal guidelines if it is a legal office they wont contact u by phone only by mail due to the rules if not by mail they will have a sheriff bring u the papers and u have to sign for them

Called from 409.210.9618 to CA. Heavy Indian accent. Say's they're calling from Texas. Threatening our employee' with calls every hour about of a law suit and criminal action. I know this is a scam. I can tell he's calling from a large boiler room with an accent so heavy it can't be understood. Since this is a scam crossing state lines, this should be an FBI matter.

5/18 - got a call from these fools Gary Nubu he said his name was and YES heavy indian accept.  He said I took out a cash advance and didn't pay it back.  Gave the name of Cash Advance.  He gave David Zayas as his supervisor.  He gave some bogus name as my reference James Hill.  Gary offered for me to settle out of court and said he was sending officers to my job and home before for an investigation.  I of course refused and said I would see them in court.  I had no idea I was being scammed.  This is my first experience.  

I called the police and made a report.  Getting copies of the credit reports now.  Put fraud alerts on all 3 credit agencies.  Be careful folks.

did any of you turn them in to the authorities or know who to go to to turn them in?

So he called me from 409-210-9618 and I have the option of storing the number and sending the calls straight to voicemail. Then the creep calls Restricted and unavailable, called me a total of 57 times in less than an hour so I called him non stop for about an hour thinking he'd feel the wrath of my anger lol boyy did that piss him off because he started calling non stop while I was calling him and calling me all types of b***ches, lol luckily I got a pretty good laugh after this, but non the less I kept calling him non stop also and he slips up and calls from several other phone numbers ( 975-136-3951, 212-612-93458[how that works idk] and then there is the  011 number) So far I have added all these numbers under the same contact and send them straight to voice mail, but that doesnt help the blocked numbers. I have a feeling I pissed him off pretty good lol.

btw- says there is a lawsuit against my social security # and if I dont call him back then I will be arrested as early as tomorrow and prosecuted, forgot the lil buggers name but this is definitely associated with them darn payday loans, so ppl beware. I've been receiving these calls since I was 15 years old, 20 now and its still going on even with a different number.

they are calling our company too and harrassing us calling us names. also they called from a new # 832-799-3360. so that is 3 numbers they are calling from.

Some how they got my work phone, will not stop callin so I just kept calling them back now they will not answer. Starting to piss me off.

just keep calling and say your him he owes u money and random stuff I did it to him all day he finally stopes calling when I did tha and I think he changed his number it's funny he gets so mad when u mess with him

Thanks for all the warnings on this one  he has tried to call here but he has a new number he is giving out  it statrs with 508 area code  so be aware.........   The phone company has his number and the police are looking into this matter....

The call came up as "unknown", but the callback # they gave is the same as above. They called me 20 times today (5/6/11) and left several threatening messages. The man had a thick (possibly affected) Indian accent, and he had my name and SSN. Thanks for your help, everyone.

some person keeps calling my work and phone all day saying I owe 600 dollars keeps using the name Jimmy Owens he's retard that trust to take your money how do I get him to stop calling me

They called me saying i owe a pay day loan, and they were dsf. That a cash advance company deposited money in my account between January and April, but they didnt know i just opened the account in March. I ask them for the name of the company that i borrowed the money from and they couldnt tell me, i ask for the phone number, they couldnt give me one. They told me i could pay them $510 then or they could take it to court and i would end up paying $4,000. I told them there was'nt any money deposited in my account and that i could fax them my statement to confirm that, thay said no they were gonna file it with the courts and they said that i would be expedited to California to stand trial......a bunch of bull

I got a phone call from them 7 times in a row! They kept calling back. The person on the other line does have a heavy accent. When I asked what this was about, he said I had to speak to his supervisor. I then hung up and the phone calls kept coming. I am reporting them as harrasment and having my number blocked on the national phone block. They even called my job and spoke to my co-worker. She felt it was a scam.

These people called my coworker and told her that she borrowed money for a cash advance online and they were taking her to court tomorrow for 3 accounts of fraudulant checks, then asked if she wanted to settle the $500 now over the phone with them.  They knew all her personal info, phone #'s, email address and where she even banks.  They said they were calling from Texas and gave a name of David Zayas (as in Dexter) and a 409 phone number.  The guy had a heavy Indian accent.  My coworker refused to pay and said she would call the Cash Advanced company.  They would not give her a phone number for the company.  So she hung up on them....after another guy called back and said don't worry about it I know how you feel and to act like it never happened.  We called the number *67 and a guy answered....not a buisness.  DO NOT PAY THEM ANY MONEY!!!

Had a couple of calls from this number and one call, very similar, from another number. They say I have borrowed money and didn't pay it back. They had also called a friend of mine and asked about me.Only one place they could find that out and I can't remember the name of the company I gave that info to. Does any this sound familiar?I believe whole heartedly that its a scam, but how do you get rid of them?

How do I get thses fools from calling and harrassing me? I am tired to say the least. It is phone scam they are try to get money/personal informaton so they can open up an account and basically steal money. I am tired and I really would like to sue these fools. This scam is riducously.  Same person is calling with weak a name John Gibson with a thick indian accent and e can't speak english all that great and can't understand english. This is pathetic and needs stop If anyone gets any information about this scam please let me know.
