the number i am reporting is 909-503-0682, they have be leaving me threating messages and calling my phone. They seem to have my personal information of mine...i called the number and argued with someone letting them know that they are a fraud and that i will be reporting them..they in turn got mad at me telling me i was a fruad and hung up..this pisses me off. i dont know if i will recieve anymore phone calls from them, but im more angry that they have my information and social number..what do i do?

THEY HAVE YOUR SSN AND YOU SHOULD CALL AND PUT A BLOCK ON YOUR SSN THESE PEOPLE ARE CALLING ME AND HARRACING ME AND I CANT TAKE IT ANYMORE I GOT ALL RACIST WITH THEM NOW THEY ARE CALLING ME BLOCKED AND TELLING ME TO SUCK THERE DICKS! I have also received calls from this number from a man who introduces himself as "Officer" so and so and speaks with a foreign accent almost impossible to understand. He tells me to get a pen and paper to write down some numbers concerning a criminal claim they are supposedly processing. He refuses to give me any information about the alleged criminal action. He also asks if the number he states is my SS # is mine. The number he has is NOT correct and he asks me to tell him my proper SS#, which I do not. At that point he becomes rudely and humerously non-understandable. I told him to send me a proper legal notification in written form and hang up. Clearly, this is a scam of some sort. But with no informational input, I don't have enough to report them to my State Attorney General. If they call again, I will have a voice answering machine save any information provided and will persue an action against NCC, as they claim to be.

Suggestion:
Call them back at (409) 221-3206 and give them your phone number. Tell them they are in violation of Federal statutes and must immediately cease the harassing phone calls or you wil file an action against them with your State Attorney General Office. If the calls continue, report them to your state's Attorney General.

The guy calling me is Calvin Johnson.  He said they don't have a website and that they are an agency, but could not figure out that one word to identify the agency.  But he stated that his job was to give information about the file that is created on the person they are looking for and they are there to help them by giving the information to settle the case.

got 5 messages from 409-221-3206  alex morgan/samuel baxter.National crime center. He said that I was my sis inlaws contact and that if I didn't get her to call him that he would send this matter to court and that I would get in trouble.Everytime I get a call... it's the same voice, but always a different name.
He told me that a lawsuit was pending against her because of "a" crime.
Today they called me again and said if I didn't get my sis inlaw to return their calls something bad could  happen to me. He had a heavy middle eastern accent!!!

These people have been calling me since 2008. Asking for me but couldnt even pronounce my name...Cause Cameron is so hard.... "Camm-ore-on"......? Yeah...
The calls stopped for awhile in 2009 and started again last month. Crazy thing is I changed my number and they still found me talking crazy about a payday loan I took out and how they had my address (from 2007-2009 that I no longer live at) and said they were going to send the cops to my house. I told him to send them over and hung up. He calls everyday and has been cussed out a number of times from telling me to "shut up, you owe me money!!"
Its a complete scam, they think harassing and acting out will get people to pay...DONT FALL FOR IT!!!

These idiots call me from time to time claiming I owe them 800.00 bucks in a thick accent. They wont give me any account info or numbers but they are very rude and claim if I dont pay them I will go to jail.

They started out by calling me and saying that I had a judgement against me and that they were going to send the sheriff to my job and have me arrested in front of everyone.  When I told them I have no judgements, they hung up.  A few days later it started up again.  They said that I have a $300 cash loan that will now cost me $4700. I told them they must be crazy!  Then they said it could go to $1285 and I told them no.  Then they said $665 and I reluctantly said ok.  But, then they said that $665 had to be paid by today.  I didn't have the money so they said they wanted my bank routing number, checking account number and all that.  I didn't give it to them.  Next day they called and asked to speak to my boss because I was out sick.  Luckily my fellow workers just hung up on them.  2 or 3 days later somehow they got the doctor that I work for number and called her while she was in the middle of examining a patient.  She came out and said "Mary, who do you know from the National Crime Center and what's this all about?  They also wanted the number to Human Resources and anyone that would give them info about me.  They are trying to get me fired.  I've been on the job for 24 years, am 60 years old, have already had several strokes and am just trying to make it to retirement!  HELP!!  What can I do?

I just started receiving calls from this number today, but have had various calls from different numbers all using different names. The caller has a very thick accent and is using American-sounding names. There's a lot of noise in the background, so it's not professional. They claim to be from the National Crime Center, and before this it was something different. When I asked them to send me the documentation via mail, email, or fax they said they were only able to provide information over the phone. I only answered the call because I have family with a 409 area code. I've googled every number they've ever called me from and the answer is the same. THIS IS A HOAX!!!!! Be very very careful.

The first person I spoke to, a Steven Johnson, told me that I owed a cash advance company $800 and I was being sued for $5,000. They'll ask for your social, credit card number, and address and tell you to send a payment authorization if you choose to settle outside of court. The fax number doesn't work and you can't call them back. You'll get a message saying that the person at the extension is unavailable and then you can't leave a message.

i rec'v a phone call from this number stating they were the national crime center, ncc. when i returned their phone call i asked for their company name and they stated they were not a company but only a department. same number as above and also stating they are from ncc

The man did not sound professional. He answered the phone by just saying Hello!  I could not understand them because of their deep middle eastern accent. I told the man who I was and he kind of fumbled around and said he was putting his superviser on the phone.  The supposed supervisors name was Stanley Brandon. He had me tell him my phone # (the same one they called) then he said my last 4 digits of my Social. He told me it was something to do with a case from a credit union. I couldn't understand his accent so I put my mother on. He told her that we could settle out of court. They wanted 1200.   We kinda played along to get more info.  They had us write a promissery note that did not sound at all professional and told us to fax it in. Through the course of this call my mom talked to a Samual Baxter and a nother lady.  They kept putting us on hold. Then the lady tried to say it was for a 1000. Loan to payday Advance. I had never taken a loan out 4 that amount from that Co.  They kept changing the story and the payment arrangement. They kept asking for my Debit Card # and we told them we would write it on the paper that we were going to fax in.  Then they asked for my address.  My mom asked them if they knew it and they said no.  So we told them we would fax all that too them in about 30mins.  We hung up started researching and I ended up here.  We called the Natinal Center for Crime (who answered very professionly by saying NCC. We called them twice.  They told us to call the Federal Trade Commission.  We did and filed a report. Both places told us it was a scam and to not even answer the phone.  They called at least 10 times and left 4 vm within a 30min time frame. We r calling the _US attorny General today and we r going to give them the case # that the scammers gave me. It started with the letters DC. Also the ncc gave me a # and a place to go to get a credit report. She said I def want to pull it and make sure they r not trying to steal my identity!

Got a call from an Officer from the National Crime office 409-221-3206 - deep accent not from TEXAS - then another from a Rose Johnson - I asked to speak to her supervisor - she kept repeatedly telling me she had to give me a case number, etc.  Finally FLUSTRATED - I asked to speak with someone who spoke ENGLISH FLUENTLY - didn't get that either - they wouldn't listen nor let me finish a sentence - I finally told them where to go & hung up!  I did get the document numer - and they said I owed for a cash advance which I'd paid almost a year ago.  They said they were sending an officer to arrest me - I told them to bring it on.

Their fake. Seriously. Don't waste your time with these people. They just want your money and stoled your information from an online payday loan company that you dealt with in the past. Either that company was illegal or these people are or both. But somewhere down the line, they want your money or are trying to get more money from you, even if you have already paid your debt. If they can't send anything in the mail to prove you have an outstanding debt, then you owe no one nothing. Period. They are using their criminal tactics to intimidate people. Please don't buy into it. Be aggressive and threaten them instead. They will eventually become passive because they know they can't get anything out of you and some of them will just stop calling you altogether. But keep in mind that there are more than one of these people or groups because I believe they pass your information around.

I received stalker calls today OMG these fools called 7 times in a row. So I called back and I received the sams BS as all of you and yeah what do you say to get these people to stop?

I also received a call at my work and on my phone from Officer Jimmy Anderson 409-221-3206 x5014.  Telling me I had a lawsuit pending with my name and social security #. Same thing heavy accent. Will be reporting him to Attorney General.

Same here, but instead of saying that I was listed as a reference, they actually said they had a  warrant out for my arrest because I would not cooperate.  So I called back several times through out the course of the day and they kept saying I took out a loan in a state that I have not been in for 5 years.  After I cursed EVERYBODY out and told them I would sue the socks off of them, the guy' why was Calvin Johnson from the Middle East no less..lol; they stated they were not looking for me, but my sister.  I told them to call her and hung up.

Same harrassment here.  Very scary and intimidating.  Been going on since April.  Had my attorney call them and they were rude to them as well!!!  Decided to google "National Crime Center" and got this info.  Thanks for posting.  Will let my attorney know and law enforcement agencies.  Scary that they have my social and phone number:(

They called yesterday since we are military we went to jag they said that it might be a scam I'll be back soon to verify if theses a**holes are real if not we will all be very rich with the lawsuit we all seem to want on them I find it curious that it is always 300 we pulled but I'm not worried about them. Lock you credit it's the best you can do make it to where if anyone looks it up or touches it they have to call you first for permission and get copies of everything theses idiots will get caught there prob on a burn phone who knows

Don't be afraid of these people, i do understand what your saying.. This is want they do & how they work. Most collection company's get a skip trace system, this is how they are able to find people that run up a lot of debt run off to other states. But these people probably have this system, so if you have every filled out info. online & a lot of other ways, they will be able to get info on you. So this "company" / people have nothing better to do so they call others & say anything & everything under the sun to get you to call them back & get your money.. I was getting calls from Stephanie Jones- 409-221-3206 ext. 518, & today got a call from Jane Austin with this Stephanie Jones - 863-263-3004 Ext.5015.. Jane Austin was having a lot of issues leaving me a message, trying tell me who she is & what she needed, what her number is..

Don't answer when they call, they will stop or you can have them blocked.. I'm telling you guys, say for real you really had a collection agency calling you & making these threats.. It is still against the law for a collection agency to threaten you. A lot of hardcore collection company will make threats because not many people know or would not fight against them..

Like 3 moths ago, I receive too many phone calls they scares me and I say io don't want to pay nothing because it's a lie never have a loan for them and did I say do whatever you want a do they say they take at court it's cost a thousand and thousand dollars and never call me again and recently they start to call me again but I read all this comments now I know this people they are scammers for sure

they called me and said i owed money but can not and will not supply me with any proof of the debt.  threaten me to go to jail contacted local police and the officer said don't answer they are a scam.  if you notice if you try to pay they want a cc no check. no money gram, no check they won't give a adress to send  they are rude and can't speek any english, they are from  middle east  or something like that,  according to officer  don't fall in their trap.  beware of the scam people  when they call they clam to be officers they called my mom and dad and threatened them too
