its a SCAM, they told me i would be arrested if i didnt pay back a loan i never took out. i told them to come arrest me and they just got mad and hung up, you have nothing to worry about

They called and told me that I was in violation of my agreement with a payday company that I never took a cash advance with.. They have threatened to sue me and to put a freeze on my license..

OMG! That is the same person who called me.

My husband has been receiving phone calls for over a month from this number. The guy barely speaks any english and is threatening my husband that he is going to be sued over a pay day loan. My husband asked his info and the guy said " if he didnn't pay it he would be in serious trouble". So my husband told him he was gonna report him and the guy hung up.

I received the call from "Morgan & Assoc." today around 11am.   The individual identified himself as Neil Watson and I had better stop ignoring his calls otherwise I will be sued.  Don't owe them anything and I refuse to call back.

i just received the same call but they knew way to much about me...my social, my birthday and where i bank..so i put an allert through to my bank and now im calling the police...so be careful people

me and my husband called and closed our bank accounts and opened a new one...you guys should do the same...they keep calling i told them yesterday we were gonna get a lawyer after they said they were filing suit against us and theyre still calling...how o we get these ppl to back off

There's nothing to be afraid off.  If they were legitmate businesses, they would know that people aren't just going to give them money without seeing something in writing.  I just hate the fact that we can't stop this.  And no matter how hard we try to keep our numbers unlisted they still find a way to get it.  Trust and believe one thing when you go toe to toe with these "idiots" because that's what they are,  they will back off for a moment.

I tell you the truth, I'm tired of them calling me.

These people keep calling and calling.  They are very rude and unprofessional, not to mention that you don't understand half of what they are saying. But let's be real if these were legitmate companies claiming you owe them, they wouldn't keep calling, and calling nor would they get angry with you because you tell them to mail anything they have to you.  By law you must be notified that you're being sued by mail.  Unfortunately we have no way of stopping this.  This people just keep calling until they get folk to give in.  I receive calls everyday.

i have received a call from this number with the same message..so i called back and the guy said if i dont pay them $581 they were gonna file suit against me for $4091

Its hilarious, I got a call from Elvin Beters from Morgan and Associates out of moursville texas, i put a trace on his phone and imagine that it comes from a river. They threatened as usuall and demanded to speak to my employer, so i got my plant manger to call back and tell him to stop harrassing my employees and what a wimp he said sorry i wot call again. its so funny, i have reported these type of people to the ftc, I have went as far as reporting them to th epolice dept. where the trace is from. The attorneys general. its crazy how people sell information, I will tell you deny everything and hang up dont let them get the best of you. they are scammers.....

This person even had guts to leave voice message at my work. I called back that number. Heavy accent person picked up and addressed himself as ?Roger Clark, Attorney at Law?. He was rude, I asked him his name, name of the law office, employee ID, he pretended, as if he did not hear me. He was continuously saying, ?Good luck you will go to jail, I am pressing charges against you in a Federal Court?. I have never experienced anything as this, I refused to talk to him and give him my attorney friend?s number, he pretended genuine and took time to write those information. I don?t know how these people can sleep at night?

They just called me talking about I requested a payday loan from them in December 2010 and they deposited it in my account and that they are going to sue me for like $4000plus dollars.  I told them to fax this information to me, because I know I didn't request a payday loan from anybody, they then hung up on me.  This is some crazy stuff!!!!

They called my work 5 times today, wanted to talk to my supervisor. I am a law graduate if I have been harassed like this I am sorry for all others. I don?t know what police/law and authority is doing in a situation as this. This is not right!

This number called me also  today at home and at my work.  Left nasty message on my answering machine at home.  I'm not sure what is up but will also report this number to BBB.

My boyfriend and I just received the same call from a person with an Indian accent saying we took out a payday loan and we never took out a loan and they said we borrowed $500 from them and never repaid it and now they are sueing us for $5000 !!! Haha let the process begin you stupid a** indians !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I received a number of calls from this phone number.  The person states that they have a lawsuit against me.  And, if I don't return the call, all they can say is Good Luck and Take Care.

Looks like we've got a new one fokes....this is the same fake payday loan collection scam calling with a new number.  Indian accent.
