Got a phone call from a woman and a man with an Indian accent said that I was wanted for fraud
and they were calling from the FBI they sais I had applied for a loan on line they said they knew my social security number and bank account number and they were going to take the money from my account that I had applied for I tryed calling that number back and got a recording saying it was a verizon number and they could not take the call i had to call my back and close my account just in case they did know my account they also said they had a warrant for my arrest what are these people trying to do

I have also recieved phone calls from this agency telling me they are the National Bureau of Criminal Investigations, heavy accent, starting calling me on my cell phone, now at work.  
Have no idea what they are talking about, hard to understand, they will not stop calling.

i have been getting the same message, i finally called back they also told me it was for a payday loan i didn't pay back...he told me there would be a warrant for my arrest.  
this is so not right, i cannot find out any more information about this phone number! if you get any information please forward to me! thanks!!

I GOT A CALL FROM THIS NUMBER ON APRIL 8,2011.STATING I OLD THIS COMPANY NAMED US PAYDAY LOAN $685.00 OR I WAS GOING TO JAIL.

I also have been getting messages and phone calls from this number as well as several others, all from people with a very heavy, almost unable to understand any words, including my name.  But, they say they are with the "Orange Country Taxes" office with a warrant for my arrest from USPayDay Cash.  I do not know who that is.  They claim I owe them 671.00.  They have my SS#.  Another time they claim to be from "National Bureau of Criminal Identification Dept and that they are going to come out and arrest me.  Another time they claim to be from "Banking Illusions".  All the numbers are from different area codes, most from Magic Jack phone accounts.  

I don't know how to stop them.  I will report them to the Attorney General in my State, NC, for starts.

I received the same message, said there was a bench warrant for me. They had my bank acct#, social security number, address and where I work. I called my local state police and sheriffs office of course nothing found. The guy that called me was "John Fisher". Same heavy accent as everyone is talking about. I have turned in their number to my local and state police offices.

I received a call form this number, they actually left a message at my job for everyone to know.  I have no idea what they want or who they are, or even why they are calling me.  My heart almost stop the first time a listen to it, it was an oriental woman with heavy accent thats said tehre was a warren for my arrest and that they had my ss# and that if i did not called them back I will be in even more trouble.  I googled the "National Bureau of Criminal Investigation" an that is a branch of Irish law enforcement.  I DON'T KNOW HOW TO STOP THEM.. HELP!!

My mom keeps getting phone calls from this number, the guy has a heavy indian (not american indian either) accent... they say they know her ssn her work place & all her info. They say she got a warrant for her arrest. I called my Bondsman he said their ain't a warrant out for her. All I gotta say is they want to call her a million time & bother her.. ill give them a taste of their own medicine. Karma is a b****. I'm going to bother the s*** out of them.

Been recieving phone calls from this number. i also being told it's a national criminal investigation. Thw names they come up with are american born names.however they do have a heavy india accent.I'm tired of these calls how can we shut them down.

Got a call from this number with a very heavy Indian accent, stating that he was with the Orange County Courthouse, Orange, Texas and that there was a warrent for me, and they were going to call the local sheriff's office to come and arrest me.  I have also been told that they would take my citizenship, ironic, I was born here, my social security number away, "really?"  and that he would show up at my house and get me.

Received a call from David Watson, but a heavy Indian accent, wanting to speak to one of my employees, stating he was with the National Bureau of Criminal Investigation.  I didn't let him, and he stated that it was very important that the employee call him back, and gave me this number to call.  I don't know of any man that would have an Anglo name with such a heavy accent.  Sounds fishy to me.

Has anyone faced criminal charges from these calls? I almost had a heart attack when i heard this!

Received a phone call from Carlos and he pretty much said the same thing that there was a warrant for my arrest.  I told him to send me copies of the documents he was referring to.  You know it's an absolute shame that these people are allowed to harass you like that.  This really needs to be stopped.

This number called my client JD.  Indian accent, says he is "National Bureau of Criminal Investigation." Threatened to have him (JD) arrested, police are waiting for him.  I called this number, guy (with accent) got real nasty with me, wanted my "attorney number" so I told him I was calling the attorney general to report him, - didnt faze him a bit.  Called the AG office, they say it's a big scam.  AG says these are track phones - untracable.

I got the same calls from at least five different guys, all with what sounds like "Indian" accents to me all with American names like John Williams, Gavin Nash and the most recent one a couple of days ago was Justin Simpson, there other two were Alex something and Brian Smith. The first guy was almost convincing that I owed because I am in the process of trying to clear some things on my credit but I knew in my mind and in my heart that I did not apply for any pay day loans from US Payday Cash, there is only one payday advance place I deal with which I physically walk into to deal with. But this Justin Simpson one was the one that I absolutely knew they are scammers and when I called him on it he tried to over talk me and tell me he was sendin the police to my house right now to arrest me and that he was going to call my boss and I would be fired. When I told him my husband is a cop so there was no need to call one because I would just inform my husband, he hung up on me.

I went to my bank and checked my account from 7/10-current to make sure there wasn't any unrecognizable activity and my bank is pretty wonderful about monitoring for suspicious activity and I check my account online like a maniac almost every other day now:-)

A guy from this number called me and said that I had a warrant for my arrest and that I should get a lawyer. I told him that only certain people have access to arrest warrants and that he is not one of them. He said a social security number and said that it was mine and I told him that was not my ss# then he asked me what mine was. I told him that I am not dumb and i'
m bot going to fall for this stupid scam because it doesn't even make sense. DON'T ANSWER FOR THESE PEOPLE!!!
