I just received that exact message from 60611002:

I'm not bothering on replying, but does anyone know who it is from, why they're texting me, and if they somehow got a hold of my information and are planning hacking any of my stuff?

I'm a little worried.

I have received a message from text plus from a britney boone (skylagoldston) I asked some simple questions as what it was about and how my number was retrieved. I was told to add a yahoo account. I replied telling the indvidiual not to reply or message this number again and the following response answered with my android is about to die. I am worried about accounts being hacked and currency information infiltrated. What is this 60611002 from. (Who or where and why)
I no longer nor have I ever had any intent on receiving such a message through sms.

I got a text from this number saying "HI [my name]!" and texted back asking who it was. Never heard back. Reading some earlier posts, it seems like this is something on Facebook? But I don't have my number posted on Facebook, so that seems odd. Not sure what this is.

I had a secret fb account where my name was ridiculous, they texted with that name. I was sent to friends only.

i got the same thing but as I go by my middle name and frequently put just my first initial into forms, they used this.  i'm trying to narrow down where the info might have come from but still no idea.  I didn't bother responding as clearly it isn't someone i know.

This # messaged me, "Hola Bradley?" I responded that this was Meg & that I had my # changed recently. They text back, "haha if u wanna know who this is you got to addd me on Y! msger, my id is textiechikie220.. got a yahoo messanger account but could not find this textiechikie220--even tried looking thru facebook.. I called that # & got a message machine saying that I called someones text plus texting #, to talk to this person just text that #, to get your own text # go to textquest.com.

I just got this same txt as of yet no response....i see everyone has posted something in the last few days. Has anyone checked their bank accounts or cell accounts since this txt??? Do you all have smart phones??? Does anyone do online banking.....possible hack??? Did anyone besides me report this???

Just got a text from thus number saying Hi and my name! How do they know your name? I replied backand no response!

I just got a text from this number saying hi Lacey! I texted back who is this and no response.

Received a message from this number using my name and when I asked who it was, I got "haha if you want to know who this is you got to add me on Yahoo messenger, my name is txtgirly81".

My daughter received a text from this number yesterday and now I just received a text that stated Hey Denita?

got a txt messge from this number. Asked who it was , replied back with Instant Messaging of txtiewoman94 for yahoo instant messanger.
