They apparently call for scam schools as well. They, who work for credit collection agencies, don't leave messages, which is usually the case, unless the messenger is a robotic voice. There's robot auto-calling as well. This saves $ for the principal groups. The robots call wrong #s as well, which has to be in their programming. Don't answer the calls, if you don't recognize the # or know you don't want to answer that particular #, such as these calls; & save yourself a ton of $.

This number is not for Dell or Alienware computers.  It came up in my caller ID as Pentagroup, which is a debt collector in based in Texas (I guess they have an office in Maryland now).  I have pasted a link below.  If anyone has answered the phone and they have represented themselves to be anything but debt collector, then they have broken Federal, State and Local laws.

I keep receiving calls from this number and it is very annoying.

I too keep getting calls from number 410-202-0053 and have no idea who it is and they don't leave a message.

It does not help to talk with them(Dell) and set up a payment as this information does not get to the autodial robots that call 5+ times a day and leave no message. Do they ever wonder why we ignore them? Do they even care? NO!

Today they called, claimed I was running away from my problems, and preceded to call me a fag, then a b***h boy, then said he was from Capital One, then claimed his supervisor was under my bed, then recused himself, saying that's right, you live on the street. I plan to sue the hell out of this company.

He had called from a blocked number, but I had recieved many calls from this company today, and imagined it was them. I called back, told the agent what I had been told, they looked up my file, saw who it was and how long ago they had called (less than 10 secs) and said he was on lunch, as he had just walked by. Still waiting on hold, for 20 minutes now while they pull the tape and review it. Boy is he gonna have a s**t fit when he gets back from lunch.

They just told me that they are having system issues and can't access it now, but once their director gets out of a meeting, he(the director) will call me back.

Bottom line? Pay your dell bill to dell, and NEVER answer the phone! Add it to your caller ID on your cell or whatever, and just ignore, or answer it then hangup, they WILL get the message!

Just called them back and It's a collection company for Dell Financial.  If you owe them they are calling  attempting to collect a debt.   Collection companies will continue to call unless you tell them you are filing bankruptcy or you pay them.  If you tell them you are filing for bankruptcy be prepared to give them your attorney's name and number.

This number keeps coming up on my phone,They dont leave a massage,so I started calling them back,they dont identifie so I play music or just give them silance then hang up every time they do it,I went to work and wrote there number on the porta- wall,so everyone can call them also.

they keep calling me for a "brenda" i told the guy that this phone does not belong to brenda, and he hung up. then they called me again at 8:10am in the morning..

pocket noise on my voice mail, when i call back they say to wait for a rep.

Repeat auto dialer from what I can tell.

About once a day now for a week. Goes to voice mail and I hear something in the background. Could be digital or RF interference.
