they also evidently rep other cards - got a call and the woman was a real witch - 1st words out of her mouth was the call would be recorded for accurate records...then she talks and does NOT listen to answers - I finally just hung up on her b/c it was going absolutely nowhere fast.  Yes I am behind on a couple of bills - major health issues in 2011 which kept me from working but don't need that kind of (bleep) from anyone.

CNO aka CashNetUsa accepted a check to pay off a principle amount on a paydayloan. In the letter it stated if they accepted the check, they also were not allowed to call anymore. They continue calling. Three times in a row after being told to stop verbally.

I don't have Paypal so why is NCO calling me?

Calls every few hours every few days...NCO..Pest  I dont owe them anything and I've never done business with them!

NCO collection agency for capital one credit. Never leaves a message. Calls 4-5 times a day.
When I call back they put me on hold for every just so I can speak to someone that almost speaks english. And doesn't even really know why they calling...... REALLY???

I got a call from this number earlier today. Based on previous postings, I have determined that this number belongs to NCO and offer the following piece of advice to them. When you call someone, if you want them to get in touch with you, you really should leave a message which states the business nature of your call, including account number(s) and any other pertinent information. I will NEVER return a call to a number that I don't know and doesn't leave a legitimate message.

I also got a call from this number. I borrowed an unregistered prepaid mobile phone and dialed this number. The message said what you quoted in your posting. I hung on and an agent came on and said "NCO - Felicia Speaking". Upon further research, I discovered a company called NCO Financial. The best available research indicates they are a very unscrupulous collection agency that frequently operates outside the policies of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.

I got a call from this number earlier today. Just like so many before, no message was left. When I tried to call the number back, all I heard was "for quality purposes, this call will be recorded. please wait for the next available agent.". After that, a hangup.
