Just received a call from same number, she indicated that she was instructed by her manager to call me regarding HUD leads for both buyers and sellers.  Good thing I checked in with this site.

Goes along the same line as "how would you like more seller leads"?  I have tons of them, just open up the telephone book.....oh wait do they still publish phone books?

They just called me 5 minutes ago... stating they were US HUD!

Called me - put it in to voice mail.  Called me immediately again and I let it go to voice mail.  Message was from a lady named Lyn who asked me if I could use more business (I am in real estate).  Her number is 443-837-1172. Don't intend to call back.

GRRRR, Why aren't they looking at the DNC list before calling?  I told them to take my name off the list and that I would be reporting them.  As I promised them,  I just reported them to:

Got this call claiming they are HUD.com and they offer buyers leads. Total bs,if u go one there website,there no way to view properties untill you summit your name and phone number,once they have that,they then sell that info to Realtors and you pay $195 a month for info you can get for free! Total scammers! Don't fall for it.

I got the same call two days ago from 410-268-3310 claiming I would be the exculsive lender for Jackson County, MO asking me to pay $195 for the priviledge.  I asked them to send something to my email address which I still have not received any documenation.  I spoke to one person and then the call got transferred to a guy named Kevin stating they were associated with US Dot and connected to HUD.

US HUD is a lead seller that uses a similar sounding name and website to "look" like HUD.gov - they cold call agents using contact information they find published on REALTOR.com and other online sources to try and sell you a monthly subscription to their lead services.

Their "LEADS" are NOT qualified.   To see proof, just go to their site and try and LOOK at any foreclosure listings.  You'll see that as soon as you put in the info for the area that you are looking, you have to FILL OUT A FORM WITH YOUR NAME, PHONE NUMBER and EMAIL before you can view the listings.  

Those, my friend, constitute the "qualified" part of the Qualified Leads they are advertising.   All they do is check to see if the name looks real and the email doesn't ping back as a dead end.

You'll get 15 or so of these each month for your $195.00 investment.     I can run a FREE ad on Craigslist and come up with better leads than that - AND I can save the $195!

It's also bad for the consumer since this company is selling the information not only to real estate agents, but to mortgage brokers, insurance agents, alarm companies and many others - for a fee of course.    Why make money off of just the real estate agents when you can re-sell this info many times over?

That's why I made it a point to NEVER pay for leads.   I will pay a REFERRAL fee - ONLY.    This is my test for how good their leads are.   If they have any value, then they shouldn't have ANY problem with taking a referral fee - since they would make MUCH more from the referral fee than from the monthly fee.

BUT, as you can imagine, when the quality of your leads is down to that of just filling out the form to view the info on the website - as a matter of just being able to get to that info - then the bar is so low as to be buried in the ground at that point and the leads have no substantive value at all, if any.

That is why they are trolling the internet looking for "agents willing to work with their buyers".

The true HUD site is www.hudhomestore.com.  Totally free.  I hate scammers!

Some guy called me and said he was looking for someone to sell foreclosed properties in the Madison area.  I told him I was not interested and not to call me anymore.

Same info as the others - HUD looking for agents in my area.  I guess being on the Do Not Call list (home/cell) is just a waste of time...  Thanks to the other posters!

Lists they find agents information online with their company websites..quick solution to this could be take your personal cell phone number offline! marketing pitches are everywhere avoid it by not listening personal information on the Internet which anybody can call!

Needed an exclusive realtor in Tarrant County to handle their buyers.  He was so "shocked" that this was posted about them on the internet.

Over the past month I have Heavy been appling to banks/servicers

I rarely work with buyers ... and I would never pay up-front for a Buyer lead.  At the sucessful close of escrow maybe ... Plus give the buyer a nice gift :)

OH BOY..I'M SOO EXCITED!!! They called to tell me they have home buyers interested in buying in Maricopa county... WHOOP DE DO..so do I and mine were free.  Just another number to add to the "blocked numbers" list on my cell.

Got a call from this # stating that they are working with buyers in the area and they were looking for Real Estate agent in the area to refer buyers too..

they sell mortgage leads.

they try to make it sound like it is something different. but it isnt.
they are a lead seller.

I just got a call from "Scott"  When I asked if it was a sales call he said "No, it's a briefing"  I told him I was busy. He asked if he could call back and I said 'NO"  I reported this number to the do not call list as I'm on do not call.

I received a Email from a company called qazzoo trying to get me to sign up for it's leads for free. I went to the site and filled out my info and come to find out it was not free. They were asking for anywhere from $150 to $500 dollars for the leads. I was not interested in paying for leads and didnt go any further. The next day I got a call from this number when and I called back they answered us hud dot com. I then said I must have the wrong number and hung up. I then went to us hud dot com website and saw qazzoo advertised on it. I asked a few realtors in my office if they have heard of this company and they also got the same email and after searching online we found  out qazzoo and ushud dot com are located in the same office and look to be the same company they are just selling the same leads under a different name. I will not be doing any kind of business with a company like this and hope others do research before being scammed.

Guy said he was with HUDUSA.com.  They are trying to sell something that is already free.  I am a real estate agent and if anyone needs HUD homes, their website is:  www.hudhomestore.com.  There is no charge to find houses here and HUD has their own specific process and they do not use firms such as HUDusa.com to market or sell their properties.

Just got another call from this number.  Looked it up and it says Heavy Hammer in Annapolis MD.  Go to their website and it says USHUD.  If this company is so reputable why so many different names?  Why do they continuously call people who have time after time expressed no interest in their service?  I do not need their costly fake leads.  They need to quit calling people who have told them to STOP!

Rubbish call they want to sell "leads" for real estate offices....ignore it...they don't represent HUD as their company name implies....basically a scam
