I got a call from this number. It was a response to a letter I sent in questioning an amount on my bank statement. It was a legitimate call.

It's provident bank collections. You should get a message with it but usually you will be asked to call Ms. Farrel 410-277-8234. The main number you're being called from is probably an outgoing switch only.

I got a call from that number too, but it is busy everytime I call it back. Feel free to email at ddvvsam@msn.com. I thought maybe it was a switchboard, and someone just made an outgoing call, yet can't get incoming calls. Who knows... Good luck!
