I never answer calls from numbers I do not recognize and then do a reverse call lookup and then file a complaint on this site

I had a call from 410 299 6293.This is harassment.

The woman calling from this number harasses my father who is 96 years old to send them money.  She calls and calls and calls.  We had previously changed his phone number to an unpublished number just because of her calls.  I do not know how they got the new number but now the calls have started again.  Someone must be selling names and phone numbers.

They are taking unfair advantage of elderly people who cannot understand them on the phone.  I hope someone in the government is investigating them for harassment.   I hope others out there are protecting their elderly parents from these people.  

Why can't the phone company refuse to give them service?

This number belongs to Lyndon LaRouche PAC. I met some representatives from his organization and donated a small amount to his cause, which was a mistake, because now the only phone calls I get from this organization are solely to get more money from me.
