I received phone message 1/31/2014 from some one My caller Id number came out  1 and the lady left the message that this is New york police department and this call is for my name they tell and than she left the message phone number 410-567-4118
telling me that police will arresting you today and some name randy smith something but i could not understand and police will arrest you if you don't call this number that one is 410-567-4118 and than said good luck for that. when my husband call this number no one picking up wired message please don't pick it up only your caller Id say 1  

Got a call from 410-316-1019. These guys are criminals! I reported the phone number and the company to FBI! DO NOT CALL THEM BACK!

Have gotten several calls from them in the past week.  I do not respond to calls with a caller ID showing a City or State as the caller name.

I do have Bill me Later who I am going to have to get legal help with, they wrote to me and told me they CHANGED my email address to what???? and everytime I wrote them I get a canned email back and have no way to pay what I did charge once ILLEGAL TACTICS

I just got a call from this number OUT OF AREA and it says PAYPAL I called them and my account is fine so BE WARY and block them

This # 410-316-9771 keeps calling my son and asking for a Lisa Lopez, my son informs them that there is no one here by that name and they call him a liar and asking him to give them the address of where he lives and how long he has had the #. This is CRAP and they call 4 to 5 times a day.

Bill Me Later called 6 times today within an hour's time, and 5 times yesterday within an hour's time.  Isn't this against the FDCPA?  Isn't there a limit on how many times in any day that they call call because I am late on a payment?  Yes, only one payment and it isn't even late by 30 days yet.

This number calls me over and over, they just called 6 times within a total of 15 minutes.  I don't answer unknown calls and they don't leave a msg. Reported to FCC.

This number calls every day. They never leave a message.  But, they will call over and over (just to make the phone ring).  By reading the other post I understand it’s a company called Bill Me Later.  But, I have never heard of that company much less have an account with them.  The name alone sounds very shady to begin with.  If they were reputable they would have the common decency to leave their name and the name of whom they wish to speak.  There are harassment laws concerning this sort of thing and I think these people are in clear violation.  I suggest reporting them to the FCC as I intend to do.

Missed one $10 payment through an oversight and the calls started. $10, are you serious? Made payment but they STILL keep calling.....

Yea, I forgot to pay last month on bill me later, I tried to get into my account online to pay them last week and it wouldn't let me get on to pay them.  I have been getting these calls for over a week.  They will call, then not a minute later call again.  Sometimes three times in 5 minutes.  I am not kidding you.  That is harrasment I thought and I didn't think it was even leagal.  I am declaring bankruptcy and was going to not include them in it, but now I think I will cause they are being such a**es about one $10.00 late payment that I am not even being allowed to pay on my online account.

I don't even have any debt, I get calls asking for a friend of mine and they hang up when I say this isn't his number. What a hassle to get up to 5 cell calls a day from debt collectors that have nothing to do with me. (He used my phone once and it trapped my number...)

I got this call around 9am CST, I answered but it was a dead line on the other end. Checking the net I saw it was Bill Me Later via my Newegg Preferred account which I owed a balance on. Seems like their phone system is a pile of junk.

It IS Bill Me Later.  I have never had an account with them so was very annoyed.  I must say, at least the number that shows on caller ID IS actually their number so you can call them back, AND a customer service rep -- a real human being!! -- actually answers (I was on hold for maybe 10 seconds).  She said she would remove my number, and apologized several times.

If this is bill me later. I don't owe anything! This is ridiculous. These morons call me every day at least 6-10 times a day. I wish they would stop calling, and get a life.

It's Bill Me Later.  I was behind in payments and am almost caught up.  I'm only $5 behind and they still call me several times a day without leaving a message.

I double checked my account online, and I don't owe them anything, yet they keep calling and never leave a message. So annoying!
