Update.  They called again today and left a pre-recorded message claiming to be the "Green Energy Study Group."  If you search on this name on the internet you will find they have been making a lot of identical calls out west using different phone numbers than this one.  Wanting to set up an appointment for "select" consumers with high energy bills and claiming you will receive a 30-50% reduction in you power bill.  I wasn't there to take the message.  If you happen to pick up there is an option to press "5" to be removed from their list.  Other complainants say it doesn't work.  Sounds very much like a telemarketing scam, but they cleverly word everything such that they can't be accused of selling anything.

Robocall from Maryland Green Energy Study Group has called 5x in last 3 days, that I know of!
Today I answered and pressed #4 to speak to someone.  No one picked up, but I could hear bored office workers chatting about a tv show.

Tried to call this number which the phone company says is unreachable.  If so, they should block this phone from calling anyone.

it's like they call everyday, every other hour.. I have blocked the number but that only means it rings 1x & disconnects.....still very annoying!!!!!!

Guy called from this number and said he was a process server and gave me a name of someone he was looking for. This is bogus and illegal. He would not id self by name. I blocked his number! The return call of this number would not go through. Don't waste your time with this.

I have managed to trace this number as a cell phone number located in Baltimore County.  It's a New Cingular Wireless phone listed as PCS LLC-DC.  The address is somewhere in Baltimore, MD.  When I call the number, there is a message that says a voice mailbox has not been set up for this number yet.  When this number calls me and I press "!", the marketer uses the company name "US Energy Services".  A report can supposedly be obtained on the net on the owner of the phone, but I did not want to get roped into a monthly subscription for one of those services.  Hope this info helps somebody catch this person.

Have received several calls from this number advertising some scheme to save money on energy bill. It is just a recording and cannot ask to be taken off the call list. I have put a call block on this number, hope it helps.
