Missed call on cell phone - unfortunately my "block call list" is too full so I can't add this number to it.

I got a call about 30 minutes ago. Said i could lower my interest rate on my card. to do so press 1. So i did. I got some guy with I think, an Indian accent offering to lower my interest rate. I asked which card he was referring to. He said my "VISA". I said i have numerous Visa's. through which company are you referring. He said well we cover "Chase, Bank of America" and a few others which I can not remember. I said to which one are you referring to? He said Chase. Well I don't have a Chase card and told him as such. So he got upset and started saying, well go ahead and don't talk to me and hang up. So i said ok and did so. *shrug*

I second what Mike said in verbatim.

Went to my Google Voice, it was a robo-call from "Heather" in "Account Services" about my eligibility for dropping my interest rates for my credit card to 6.9%, but didn't specifically mention which credit card - and they said my eligibility would expire shortly, so I should call them back right away.
I'm going to *guess* it was a phishing identity theft attack.
