this has been going on with me for like 3 weeks now and today is when is really got serious they told me i was going to be in jail for the holidays unless i paid 395 for a 6,000 dollar fine against me from a loan i did...im like wait what?? is this for real but glad i looked this up..they actually called me from a 911 number after they told me i will be arrested!!

Iam hoing to be arrested if I dont pay 385 dollars and send a copy of my driver license officer

I HAVE BEEN RECEIVING PHONE CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER AS WELL SAYING THEY ARE GOING TO COME AND ARREST ME IN THE MORNING. I BELIEVE IT IS FRAUD. I ALSO HEARD KIDS IN THE BACKGROUND. HE IS SAYING HE IS AN INVESTIGATOR AND HE KEEPS GIVING DIFFERENT NAMES FOR THE COMPANY. I Am going to get a police report and hopefully this will stop the calls.

I got a call from this number statin" he was from BCI investigations and if I don't give them a call back I will be arrested in the morning by the California local police dept! Called my uncle he's a sheriff, he told me it was a scam not to call them back or give them any information.

I just got the same type of phone call from this number.  Person with heavy Middle Eastern accent saying if I did not send them $528.00 that I would have charges for internet fraud and a couple other things filed against me.  They were saying it was Cash Advance that was charging me with these offenses and I would be arrested if I did not settle this out of court by sending them the money.  What a crock!

I am getting these messages as well. They do ask for a specific person - Deborah Marquez. But they left a very nasty message saying that If I did not call back they were coming to arrest me in the morning. The person identified themselves as a 'Special Agent with the Federal Investigation Unit". I called back the number and an answering service cam on. A minute later, they called me back asking if I had called thir number. I said yes, and I told them that I have filed a police report, and that I let the police listen to thir stupid message, and not to call this number again. It was a guy with an accent, but it was not middle eastern, it was more like a Chinesse accent.

had the same thing from 410-394-7936. Middle eastern accent, this is a different message than what i have been receiving. Says i will too be under arrest. Don't they know they can't threaten you, its against the Fair Debt Practices.

This person also keeps calling me. I was wondering how long it took for him to stop calling you. And if I should also file a police report...

I keep getting phone calls from these people myself, forever now everyday all day long!! So we decided now that we have their number we have been calling them to show them how it feels to be stalked!!

You should've told him someone will show up in Mumbai and drag him out of his boiler room while his boyfriends watch the whole situation in fear.

The same thing just happened to me and I too cursed the man with the middle eastern voice out. I told gum I've never taken out any loans and he kept saying yes u did. I kept asking him for the information ( name and number of company) and he wouldn't give it to me he kept saying that someone was gonna come and arrest me... I don't know who this is but I'm going report thus telephone number and get a police report as well

They did the same to me. They asked for my attorney before they even told me who they were. I never took out a loan with the company they're referring to. He also said someone would come arrest me in the moring. My identity was stolen in the past and I told him that. He stated that wasn't his fault and I should have protected myself then so I cursed him out and hung up in his face. I knew this was a scam when he started talking!

I am receiving numerous calls that are telling me a warrant has been issued for my arrest, they have left several threatening phone calls over the last 3-4 mos, it was every day until I went to my local Police Dept and had them listen to the messages and took down all the information.  The officer told me to let them know a police report has been filed and this is being looked into.  It is always a Middle East accent, very hard to understand, and they give bogus names like Dave Harvey, Brian White, really come on how stupid do they think I am.....I received another one this am, took that one to police and now they have started an investigation.
