Caller ID, UNKNOWN NAME. What's weird is that as soon as it rang 3 times it started to ring again, from the same #. And it shows on the caller ID as 2 separate calls. There was no message. And when I dialed the # I got a busy signal.

Came up as unknown name on our caller ID. Didn't leave a message on our machine.

Saw same number on caller ID today.  They didn't leave a message on my answering machine.
I don't bother talking to callers that are on ID as unknown caller or name anymore. I just pick up the call, then hang up without saying anything.  Or you might want to ask them for their last name and telephone number at their home, so you can call them and bother them at all hours of the day or night?  LOL

Individual keeps calling and hanging up--just holds the phone. Both me and my husband answered the phone at the same time and could hear a tv in the background. We have caller ID and tried to do a redial but the line is constantly busy. Today (Saturday) they called early morning. We are on the do not call registry so not sure if this is a business or someone just trying to get their jollies.

Yup Starion Energy again. They have called multiple times in the past few weeks and each time the numbers appear to be coming from different cities in Maryland (robo generated no doubt to make them appear local).  When you try to call the numbers back, the numbers either don't ring through or come up fast busy.  I checked them out and figured they would save me like 3$ a month on my ~250/mo electric bill.....big whoop!
Called the customer service number on their website and asked to be taken off their list.

Got a call from 410-397-0063 at 12:45 p.m. on 4/19/13. There was no one on the other end. Thanks to the previous posters I know this is nothing more than a scam contact call. Starion Energy probably has nothing to do with it... they are likely just trying to get all of your personal information for unscrupulous uses.

I got a call from this number wanting my delmarva power number to give me 15 % off I refused to give. The power company would have it told her to call back later never answered phone

They have called me 8 times in the last 2 days and no one there when I answer.

They have called me a dozen times this week. When you call the number back the voice says This number has not been assigned yet over and over again.  The caller I D shows up with anything but Starion energy. They should be ashamed to use such bad business practices.  I would never buy from them.

I am on the do not call list and this company - starion energy is still calling me. I filed a complaint and i hope others do the same

Flat out annoying!

We get this phone call quite often  they never leave a message. I finally answered tonight to just hear breathing then a hangup.  Caller ID said Church Creek MD 410-397-0063 7:49 pm 1/31/13

called 4 times td with different numbers,  called delmarva and gave them #,  sometimes it comes up as branywine or church creekay

So after talking with these guys (when they were actually on the line, which was a rarity) for the past 3 days, and being rudely treated each one of them, I may have actually made some progress.  Today, I immediately asked to speak with a supervisor, and was connected with one.  I asked for an actual working callback number, since he admitted the one that comes up on our caller id is computer generated.  

The number he gave was 1-800-600-3040.  That number does, indeed, go through to Starion Energy.  So now we have a legit callback number, and I'm keeping a log of names and times of calls, just in case this continues.  I was assured we would be placed on the do not call list, hopefully they follow through.

These people are relentless.  Glad I was able to find this site so I could find out who was calling since when you call the number back it say it has not been assigned.  We have told these people many times to stop calling, that is when they would actually speak when we answered the phone.  Now all they do is listen.

Exactly the same scenario for me tonight and I'm with BGE.

Yes, I recieved a call from this # on 10/2/12 410-397-0063. He said he was from --- energy. Couldn't understand him. Said he would save me 15% on eletric bill. I said I was with Constillation and he continued to ask my address Ect and I said I was with constillation for a year contract . He hung up on me. So after reading the post it was Staition? energy so don't sign with them cause they have terrible customer service:(

Repeated hangup calls. Traced to Starion Energy

This number 410-397-0063  has called my house twice since I got home from work today and when I say hello there is no one at the other end. I am glad I found this site so I know who they are. I have a whistle next to my phone so if they call back and there is someone on the other end they are going to have a shrill whistle in their ear. Someone came to my door about a week ago trying to get me to switch from Delmarva Power. I kept saying no and they would not stop with their sales pitch. I finally shut the door in their face. I am wondering if it is the same company as this phone number.

This number called twice today. Actually my only two calls today were from them. They just called, my little girl answered, she asked "who is speaking please?" as she's been taught to do, and they hung up!! What kind of idiot hungs up on a 12 yr lit girl. SOB's !

Keep recieving calls from this # & they dont say anything but keep calling on a daily basis. Its driving us insane. We even added our # to the National DO NOT CALL registry & yet they r still getting thru. This needs to stop NOW.

Finally someone was on the other end she said she was from starion and she knows I have Delmarva and that she was calling to let me know our bill was going to be reduced next month the proceeds to say i just have to confirm some information then starts to say my address I cut her off and said sorry no and hung up !  Hope they don't call back again !!!

Thanks Joe for your info, those idiots from Starion Energy did the same thing to me, They have called me three times a day for the last three days when you answer the phone no one is there. Tonight at 8 pm they called again and this time someone was on the other line started out stating that next month my electric bill will be reduced. I asked the name of the company and she said starion I asked her if she was apart of Delmarva Power and she did not answer me. You can't save money if they try to charge you for switching. I hung up on her after asking not to be called again. This is very bothersome. I am also on a do not call list so what good is that stupid think. Who is selling our phone numbers to these creeps.

WELL..I GOT ANOTHER CALL FROM THESE PEOPLE, AND I FOUND OUT WHO THEY ARE...THEY ARE "STARION ENERGY" AND THEY ARE TRYING TO GET PEOPLE TO SWITCH FROM DELMARVA POWER TO THEM...I HAVE TURNED THEM IN TO THE NATION DO NOT CALL REGISTRY BY FILING A COMPLAINT, BUT I THOUGHT I WOULD LET EVERYONE KNOW WHO THEY ARE...:)
