Pre-recorded message from "Jessica" saying that they're calling about lowering my credit card rates.  If I press 1 to speak to someone, I get a brief message saying that no one is available.  I tried calling the number listed on my caller ID, but it just rang a bunch before a recorded message says no one is available.  I'm on the Do Not Call list, so I don't know how these people are getting around the requirements not to contact me.  I suspect this is some sort of scam.

I simply asked how did you get this number . Something about lower rates on my credit cards was the recorded message .Then Woman picked up phone .

These people have called us 6 times today, when i answered after the 4th call it was the Breast Cancer Assn. The lady was very soft spoken asked for my wife, congratulated us for something, then I hung up.  They called back later the same night.

Do NOT under any circumstances call these people back. It's the same credit card settlement scam that was supposed to be shut down the National Do Not Call Registry. The-e-e-r-r B-a-a-a-c-k! The call originated from a cell phone in Baltimore MD, at least THIS round. I've had these dumb-a***s call before from a different area code. Register the offending phone number with CallerID4U.com. Click on the red STOP button

I've almost got the actual physical address for these idiots and will share soon. Bet their building isn't going to be around much longer.

What can be done to stop these scammers?  I did not hit there do not call but answered their call.   Low life scammers.  I told them never to call again along with a few nasty words.  He sure was nasty back.  How can these crooks be stopped robbing innocent people?

I d not answer unsolicited call; so when this number called, I looked it up and here I am. Glad I found so many others posting about this nummber.

This number comes up as Paul Schroeder.  Continuous annoying calls!

the person who answered heard the recording "...lower your Interest to 9%" and slammed the receiver down.

Another robo call for lower interest on your credit cards.  I just do the usual thing, press for a live operator and blow a whistle and set the phone down in front of a very loud radio until they hang up.  This works for a few weeks until they change their number again, but at least I have quiet from them for two weeks.!

These card holder teleterrorists called me yesterday this time from a NaziLand area code, next time i will record it even though it is illegal in that communist blue state.

Received this call today, May 21,2013, Caller ID says Paul Schroeder, left no message.

Called an unpublished fax line.... no fax.
They must be calling numbers in sequence.

Got this number calling me during a meeting today agggg and only family has my cell number grrr these people need to stop calling cells. Almost cost my job.

Another one of the spoofed numbers used by the "card services" scammers in their attempts to rip us off. Google my name to learn how to stop their annoying calls, while also having some fun!

I received 2 back-to-back calls from this number with no voicemail left.  I've received calls from them before too.  It's pretty annoying, but I doubt it will stop even with this post.

The drug-addicted "card services" scammers don't leave a message because they know they can't cheat an answering machine, and also they would never leave a legitimate number for a person to call back, as that would lead to their location. Their game is to pretend to be associated with various credit card companies, in an effort to fool folks into giving them their credit card numbers. Once the scammers get that number the unsuspecting victim can expect to see hundreds, if not thousands of dollars charged to it on their next statement. Beware of these lowlifes, and warn others before they are taken advantage of!

I received this call 4/17/13.  I am concerned because it is a private number and I have never gotten a robo call of this type from a private, non-800 number.  A woman answered.  It is a robo  credit card rate reduction call.  A woman answered.  I said, "This is an illegal call.  I'm reporting it.  Take my number off your contact list."  I reported it to Do Not Call registry.

Credit card lower your rates scam. Caller ID reflected the name Paul Schroeder.  These guys should be forced into a cell where they are required to answer endless scam call 24/7 until they drop dead from exhaustion.

Received a call today, didn't answer (hence, my name). I called back and got a busy signal.

I recived a call from this number at approximatly 3 pm on April 15th 2013 PST
No message was left
At 3:30 I returned the call and the person did not answer.
Also their voice mail box was full
