they keep calling me everyday and don't leave a message.  sometimes they call and let the phone ring 3 times and hang up.
they call last night at 8:30 pm and again this morning at 8:30 am, Friday, April 11th.  I am tired of the call.

Got a call from this number, couldn't answer as was on phone with funeral home. They left no message.

I am so tried of getting calls from this number.  They call everyday and sometimes they will change numbers and mark the number unknown in order for me to answer.  They call at least 4 or 5 times a day.  STOP CALLING ME.

I get a call on my cell most mornings from this number, they never leave a message.  Very irritating.  I have no debt and they have no business calling my number repeatedly.

When they called I asked the to repeat my information to me. The person just hung up to me, either tell me why you calling me or just stop.

Someone calls me from this number frequently but they never leave a message. No message no call return! It's that simple. If you not in my address book you got to leave a message.

They totally got my name wrong too. I think they do it purposely to try to get you to tell them your name. I just spoke with 2 attorneys in my family. Do NOT give them any personal information. They will also ask who you owe money to. Do NOT give out this information either. Tell them you don't owe any money to anyone. In Maryland the statute of Limitations runs out in 3 years regardless of how many times the loan has been sold. The man on the phone said that the statute restarts every time the loan is sold. THIS IS NOT TRUE! Also let them know they are violating the Fair Debt Collection Practice  Act and what they are doing is Proceeding In Bad Faith which is also a legal term. Whatever you do, remember not to tell them who you owe money to and how much. They don't even have this information. You can also go to the FTC and report them or report them to the Attorney General's office. And because they do not have our personal information or incorrect information, I wouldn't be surprised if this was just and out and out scam.

Stop calling me.

The registered do not call list does not include bill collectors. It's basically for telemarketers.  You can easily file a complaint on the site FCC.com.  There is a quick form you fill out and send. I did get a response that they got my message so I know it's at least being received. Also on the FCC.gov site, to the right, you can click on the Do Not Call rules and it will tell you which type of calls it applies to.

I've also been getting calls 2 x per day I have told them I am not who they are looking for. They said they will remove my number but I'm still getting calls. Well they can call all they want because I will not answer anymore thx for caller I'd lol!

I get calls from this company who want to be nameless because they never leave a message and a machine puts you on hold when you answer.

Another unwanted call from an unidentified caller using a unverified number 410-505-5306, asigned to Colubmia/Ellicott City Maryland.  This number has been identified in the past as NCC Comonwealth Financial Systems,  Corporate Office located at 243 Main St, Dickson City PA 18519 is again using a un-registered debt collector in the state of Maryland on behalf of NCC using a VOIP or unlisted number that is not registered to a valid business or person in order to maintain false identification and physical location.   I do not answer or respond to any unwanted or unidentified numbers that can not be verified as valid with a confirmed direct contact number and address.

I use a DIGITONE CALL BLOCKER to block all unwanted callers from every ringing my phone.  This area code "410" is totally blocked from using any number in he 410 area code from being able to  leave any message or ringing my private number.

How do I get them to stop calling my phone?? I call back and I don't get to speak to anyone.

They called me, then asked me if they had indeed called???.  I told them they did call.  They didnt ask who they were looking for and said nothing more. Then there was silence so I hung up.  Waste of time. Put them on my blocked number list, but it seems they worked around that somehow as calls keep coming from the same number

This # has called my phone more than 20 times in the last week. They are looking for someone who  IS NOT  me & they won't take my # out of their system!

When I answer they ask to speak to someone I've never heard of and I tell them this person does not live here.

Just called at 6:44 AM.  These people are not supposed to call until after 8:00 AM.

Calls daily. Every third day they a leave a message sounding like an audible bleep and sprung coil. As of late the message is intentionally truncated in a language I cannot discern. Thank you for the information provided at this site.  I will make every effort to block this call now.

they call me every single day in the morning and every time i've answered its either that stupid "for english press 1" message or it's a person who hangs up on me in the middle of my sentence. or they say "how can i help you" and i'm like.....you called me. once i got someone who said wrong numbwr sorry we'll remove your number. and i STILL get calls from them. can you sue a company for harrassment?

Constant calls everyday with a recording in another language

They won't leave a message, they call me 3 to 4 time each every day. They are really pissing me off. If someone doesn't answer they should stop calling me. I'm done with these ppl..I'm on the do not call list..

After changing my number through Verizon, I've been recieving calls from this number, who I believe is NCC Commonwealth Financial Systems, for a person who I don't even know. First, I tried to ignore all the calls. This started to become a problem as they were calling multiple times a day which would kick me off my mobile hot spot. Then, I began to take the calls. I hoped they would understand that this is not the person intened to recieve the call. They complied with my requests to remove my number from the list but never did. I'm still recieving calls. I've tried mutliple approaches, cussing, screaming, threatening, sweet talking, and even a depressed tone, nothing has convinced them that I am not this person. I've called 5 times and talked to 5 different people, all with the same outcome; more and more calls. The problem is, I cannot disprove the identity they are mistaken me for. Today, I spoke with a woman who claims I settled the account. This is a false claim as it never happened. They logged my time in on the call but did not log the content of the call. How do I stop this? Is there any legal action I could take?

I've been getting calls from this number 3 times a day for almost 3 months. Never a message...I never pick up an unknown number. I'm not picking up unless they can identify themselves!

First call to them. Lady was polite. I called them at 1-800-848-2170 and told them that the person who they were trying to reach was no longer living at this address. She politely said they would remove me from list and that it may take a couple weeks to go through. Today is July, 23 2012 so we will see what happens.
