Listen to the whole message of some of these robo calls. There is an option to be added to there do not call list. Not sure if it works but, robo calls that offer this option do it correctly. This one offers it.
I would have reported mine, too, but I used *69 to determine the originating phone number, then dialed it. The number is not assigned to anyone, as I suspected. It's not difficult to "spoof" the originating number. So I didn't bother filing a complaint.
I just filed one as well. maybe if everyone does, we can get these creeps.
This is a robo call for a security company trying to sell you something. I've filed a compaint with the do not call registry since I'm on it and they called anyway.
