might be a title department of GMAC. I work for the state and my number is similar to the DMV number and I get calls for title verification all the time. Probably legit.

It's Ally bank, - part of GMAC - mine came from their auto tile department - called back and verified with other #'s I have with Ally.

Received call, didn't recognize # so I didn't answer.  Only my family has my cell phone number, so this is probably an automated dialer call.  If it's GMAC, our cars were never financed through them.  Our cars are older and paid off, and we're insured and always have been.  I'm on the No Call list, so being sceptical, I'd suspect a sales call or a scam.

Its  Gmac,  part of PDP Services,  they are the leasing  part of GM, they call to confirm that vehicles are properly insured

pdp group, supposedly stands for Preferred dealership group or something. I don't know, some type of scam, its got some long a** message but you can never get through to anyone.
