These people did this to us 2 years ago.  They call me at my work extension and say that my husband took out a pay-day loan and we need to pay the debt or be sued.  We have never taken out, nor will we ever take out a pay-day loan.  We filed a police report 2 years ago and faxed it to a supposed fax number.  Now they are back doing the same thing.  The calls come from 410-609-3199, but the message lists 855-843-8050 as the number to call back.  I called back and the person on the other end was very rude, and said that anyone could go to the police station to make a report and lie, then she hung up on me.  I will be blocking the number the next time they call!

Threatning to sue me...

This is a scam, they want to try to get you to send them money.  They tell you they will take you to court, or arrest you.  They have been telling me this for over a year now, every time they say they will send the police to my house to arrest me, i say "alright, well that sounds good, ill be here all night."  Of course they never do, because they are full of it.  It is also illegal for any debt collectors to threaten you.  The best part is when the guy with an incredibly thick accent tells you his name is Jeremy, or Ronnie, or Johnathan.  They have cussed at me, screamed at me, and threatened me, but have never gone through with any of it, because they cant.  I have never taken out a pay day loan in my life, and i do not owe anyone money.  But even if i did, what they are doing is illegal.....the way they are doing it anyways.  Just laugh and stay calm, and tell them to send you something in writing, (obviously do not give them your address), and they will get upset and angry, it at least adds some comic relief to the annoying phone calls.

These people have been calling 2 or 3 times a week.  I don't answer their calls anymore, did listen to one of their messages where they say they are going to have me served with papers and take me to court. I don't even listen to the messages any more, just delete. They also call under this number  919-324-6569.

Double concur with this message - They have quite a number of unscrupulous individuals calling from different numbers located mainly in the eastern/southeastern part of the country - Do NOT fall for their threatening tactics or the guilt trip they try and take you on - Demand that any information be sent via mail - Try asking for THEIR contact info to send a 'cease and desist' and you will get the run-around - a classic hallmark of a business that is NOT legitimate -

They have changed the phone number and name--when i heard one message claimed 'regional credit management' . They used different number today. now 410-609-3199. they are threatening lawsuit.  I'm ignoring all calls from them.

They call every morning and LOUDLY threaten a lawsuit if I don't comply with their wishes.

Just listened to the message again.  It's a debt collector.  And they pretend to be calling me but the name is muffled out.  It's a man talking very loud and rude.  It's an automated voicemail.

Is there someway to STOP their calling.  They call every day!!  They change the time they leave the voicemail and I keep deleting it.  Now they are calling at 8:00 something in the morning!  Too early!  Who can I contact to get them to stop harrassing me?  Is really aggravating to keep getting these calls!

A man at number was very very rude to my wife. I called myself and the woman told me to kiss her a**...also the listing on my caller ID showed Kozy Homes...

I have received about five or six calls a day from these people saying my wife owns them money. This am
I answer there call and spoke with someone I couldn't understand and told them to stop calling because she owe no money because I handle all bills each month. This women started yelling that she owned the
money and just pay your damn bill and hang up. I would advise anyone not to answer these calls out of anger like I did and contact your state Attorney General and the BBB and report them.

They're asking for someone who doesn't even live at my residence. Gotta wonder which rock this company crawled out from under. I will not give them the satisfaction of answering the phone or calling them back.

Agree with DO NOT - is BS - I don't answer the calls.   Hoping they will eventually give up.  I don't answer calls on my phone from people I don't know...kind of like opening unknown emails.  It is very aggravating!!!

Don't speak with them. This is Regional Credit Solutions - look at better business bureau review, it is an F.  You can bring that up to them and they'll tell you it costs money to have a review.  THAT IS COMPLETELY FALSE.  It does cost money, only to become a certified BBB business, which they're not at all.  Also, the other numbers for them are 360-350-5920.  DO NOT PAY THEM S*** - THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY.  DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER EITHER.  They will ask for it, only to scam you out of the money and damage your credit report.  Ask them to send you something in writing (which they legally have to do) and they never will and will give you push back.  Again, you can mess with them if you want, but it is a complete bull s*** company.  They claim I am writing bad checks, when I don't even have a checkbook.  They're based out of Virginia, with numbers from WA, MD and NJ.

Automated phone call...when tried calling back...no one answered...very annoyed because the call several times a day
