I got an email addressed to jerio@arn.net, which is not my email address, saying Enrollment for our last degree program of the year will be ending < i style='mso-bidi-font-style:normal'> Monday December 6th, 2010 .A 5 minute phone consultation will be required upon qualification. etc.
I would not click or call the number.

They are now plugging fake degrees (text included below):

I received this message on December 5th at 1:24 pm... I have no clue who it is so I did not respond.  I go to look up the number and I find this website.

I got the same spam text

Tropical Vacation spam text message... Said to text "OUT" to be removed... Of course, I did NOT do this...

I got a text message from this number advertising "The Egg Cracker" and directing me to a web site.  I don't appreciate having to pay for spam.

I just got some spam text from this number saying go to some website and saying reply with out to be removed from the list. wtf? I bet they are just texting random numbers. I guess its from baltimore if that helps anyone...

This is a travel discount telemarketer located in Tyson Corner, VA. You are required to schedule and attend a 90 minute seminar to receive the gifts mentioned in the text message.

I received the exact same text message as "palex" did above. I was surprised too as incoming texts count against my total amount allowable in a month. Frustrating!! I have no intention of responding --- to the text or the 1 800 phone number, but wanted to add my post here in case someone else gets a text from this number and is curious about it. I'm fairly sure it isn't legit (i.e. you haven't actually been selected to win anything but someone / some company is wanting to verify information they have about you).
