Recieved a call from Jeffery Dunkin referance to bad check charge called back spoke to David Burrows he gave me the name Titan Group said certified mail was sent to me and was rejected also said several emails were sent to me but did not have my correct email I informed him I did not know of a Titan group and never recieved any certified mail also that my local authorities informed me of this being a scam then proceeded to hang up. 2seconds later, Chris Baldwin (410)630-4290 called me back and said "Hey ummm Good luck to you, Good luck to you in court, we are filing and hung up on me!!! Professional, real investigators and or attorneys do not react this way!!

I received similar calls this morning with foggy identification of the caller pertaining to some 'products investigation team'.  They seem to be phishing for personal information.  Got a voicemail later from a blocked caller ID from the same caller, providing another number for callback and indicating failure to respond will forfeit the ability to contest this matter (still never made clear what it is) in court.  I'll log the second number as well, also filing with ic3.gov

they are calling me saying they are sending me to court - I get like 10 calls from a local number then this number shows up. I am scared to death

I HAVE CONTACTED THE LOCAL SHERIFFS OFFICE AND FILED A COMPLAINT WITH FTC IN REFERENCE TO THIS COMPANY .  THEY ARE SCAMMERS !!! DO NOT CALL THEM BACK OR ATTEMPT ANY NEGOTIATIONS WITH THEM.  THEY WILL THREATEN YOU WITH COURT AND TO FILE CRIMINAL CHARGES AGAINST YOU , UNDERSTAND NO ONE IS ARRESTED FOR OWING A DEBT !!!  PLEASE BE AWARE THIS IS A TRAC PHONE AND THE NAMES JAMES HOWARD AND STEPHANIE WASHINGTON ARE BEING USED BY NUMEROUS PERSONS FOR A COVER AGENT OR AN ALIAS .  THIS IS ILLEGAL AND YOU CAN FILE UNDER THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSIONER AS WELL AS FILE WITH THE FTC IF YOU ARE ON THE DO NOT CALL LIST FOR A CELL.  THIS IS A SLEAZY 3RD PARTY COLLECTION AGENCY WHO IS NOT FOLLOWING THE FAIR DEBT COLLECTION LAWS FOR THE COUNTRY.  PLEASE FOLLOW THE SUGGESTIONS GIVEN AND REPORT THESE SCAMMERS .  DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY OR ACCESS TO ANY ACCTS OR YOU WILL BE WIPED OUT !
