My question is are you confusing actual Telemarketing companies (legitimate companies who are registered with the FTC and call for the purpose of sales or services)  for ALL unwanted callers?  Most harrassing calls come from scammers,   sleezy debt collectors, and those who are spoofing caller IDs.  Sounds to me like just another complaint board trying to attract a registration base in order to sell commercial advertisement and make a bucket of money.   Like other similar discussion boards.
