i looked up on google who this was and her name was Helen N. Eisel. i got a call from this person this morning. i missed it though and they did not leave a voicemail.

I am the same as "Someone" above, I never answer calls I dont know the number of... if anything and its someone who needs me, they will leave a voicemail. But I was curious where it came from, I googled it as well and had Helen N Eisel come up and then this link was after that... They didnt leave a voicemail for me either but figured I would share. Strange.

I Answered the unknown # On my Cell Phone Waited for a Rep To tell them to remove my # From their call list I was not interested for a 14 yr old car the people on the phone were very rude, first a boy I will say cuz he sure was not what i know as a man, then a Little girl (could Not have been a grown women being so unprofessional)got on the phone and told me shut the f*** up, drink another beer and got to bed and hung up in my face.  I Also Googled # And Got the Helen lady wich is a Disconected #.  I even called information For Baltimore,MD. Information To see if they could find a Buisness listing but they even got helen. But it is like a call center where the calls are on automated dialer so you can not call back. This has Anoyed me so much maybe I will Go Drink A BEER AND GO TO BED!!!!!!  LOL.

Same thing happened as "SOMEONE" to me this morning. Calling back from a payphone yielded no answer. I'm curious if it's some scam artist, judging from what I read above.

Same call as everyone else but they hung up half way through the call. This is the third time that has happened so i hope they call back and talk to me the way they talked to Tina Franks. Ill let them know what i think about thier unnecesary calls.

Same as above. They left a message prompting to Purchase a Warranty for a vehicle i dont own or Remove name from call list. I hung up. Its a scam from Nevada. I read an article in the paper but i can't remember the companies name

Yeah, i keep getting calls on this number.... if I ever get another call i willhave my relatives in Baltimore bust eisels chops and i will drink a beer on to that.

I got a call from this # today too and missed it. How the hell are they calling from a disconnected #? I read something about a month ago about people that scam through your phone.

A call came in from this number to my daughter's cell phone.  The pre-recorded audio stated that the manufacturer's warranty on her car was about to expire and to press 1 for more information.

I wanted more information, like where they got that number from.  First: our oldest car is 14 months old.  Second: the newer car is 46 days off the lot.  Third: the person they called doesn't even have a drivers' license, much less a car.

Oh, and when you call the number displayed back - it comes up as a disconnected number.  It's spoofed.  The company is out of Nevada.

My son got a call to his cell from this # with no message left on vm.  He is 15 and doesn't even have a permit.  He is smart enough not to answer the phone from #s he doesn't recognize and especially those with out-of-state area codes.  How do these people continue to do this kind of stuff?

Just got the call and heard a minute of foul language in a continous stream followed by a death threat. In case you are reading this, you friggin tweerp, Bring it on!!! I'm a retired Non-Com with 26 years, numerous shooting awards from pistol to M-2 50cal MG's. I own several rifles and pistols, know 3 forms of martial arts (of which I was an instructor in one). Bring it on a***ole, bring it on!

I just got a call from these guys. When I googled the number, some poor woman's name and address came up. Obviously, this isn't their real telephone number, so I'd caution anyone getting calls from this place to call the number right back.

It was an automated voice telling me my warranty was about to expire, and to press 1 to talk to a representative or 2 to be removed. Of course when I pressed 2, the call was immediately disconnected.

I am getting these recorded messages on my cell for Forclosure and car warranty. My car is a 92 and no worries of forclosure. I am getting 3-4 a week and it is very irritating.I got a live person on the phone once. When I asked what company they were they hung up on me.

We need to insist that Do Not Call Complaints are reported, investigated and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

I have all the research for you to make your complaint. There are several related companies making these scam auto warranty calls with an autodialer. They have broken many laws, before you even speak to them! For example, it is illegal to make an automated call to a cell phone. Also, they must disclose their company name and phone number at the beginging of the call.

Search for the phone number 619-582-3747 and you will find all the info I entered on 6/30 about these crooks.

Read this info carefully, as their are several phone number you can try calling. Make sure you enter *67 before dialing to block your number from their caller ID.

I just recieved a call from this number, I didn't answer, no voicemail or anything, but I answered a similar call last week telling me my car's warranty was about to expire. I don't own a car. I googled the number and got this address: (410) 727-5090 1503 Henry St,Baltimore, MD 21230, but then I saw this site and I'm pretty sure it was the scam.

They called and said the insurance is up.  Automated message. The number they are calling is my cell phone number.  I put it on craigslist for an ad.   It needs to stop.  They don't even know who they are calling.

I just called Haley and it was fun!!
She asked for my ID # so I just said I would give her a blank check!
She hung up on me and said "Oh goodness"!

I told the lady to never call me back and then she then call me a "batard".

Received a call from this number (and a lot of calls with the same automated message from different numbers out of my area code)to my cell phone informing me that my car "warranty about to expire."  Not applicable to me, and the calls are becoming a nuisance.  What can I do???????????

I Got one of those calls. The woman said her name was Jo. I told her it was an unsolicited call to a cell phone and she insisted I gave her my number when I bought my car. I asked her if she was the GUY that I bought my car from and she said yes. I told her I wanted her supervisor and she put me on hold then hung up. If anyone has contact information (address and phone #) I'd appreciate it as I'm going to send a complaint to the FCC And link them to this forum (If no one else minds). Thanks.
