He lives on Roland Ave in Pikesville, it is a small dead end street.  I live in Pikesville and he has followed me.  He dives around going 5 miles an hour staring at people like he is trying to start a fight.  This man is insane!  He just did this again to someone I know today.

Very odd phone call.  Man identified himself as Ira Lee the Electrician.  Started to talk inappropriatley to me and I hung up.  I see that this man has a long history of inappropriate behavior.  Can something be done to stop him?

answered and talked to me. did not give me his name but said he saw me coming out of starbucks. then hung up.Kept saying he could not believe I did not recongize his voice.

I interviewed Ira about tow years ago for a job.   He said he lives in Pikesville, MD and does a lot of work for the local synagogues. I had him meet me on a job ( I own a small electrical company). While I worked he looked over what I was doing and said the most incomprehensible things. This fool has no more than a basic idea about electrical work. He certainly can not be qualified to work unsupervised.  Also--he felt like a creep--just the feeling I had talking to him.  

I saw him at Starbucks a few times after that. He has left his cheesy electrical services fliers on my car windshield.  As I read the prior posts, I wondered how he gets women's phone numbers.  I guess he just sits around coffee shops and evesdrops.  Possibly he steals female phone info from Synagogues?  

I have also seen him driving his old Chevy van the wrong way on a one-way street in Pikesville.  His van stands out; it is over 20 years-old and was originally a dark blue, but he took black spray paint and went over it in a kinda random circular pattern.

If you want to meet him, call him and act like you have some electrical work that you want him to do in your garage (you know, keep him out of your house).  Chat him up friendly-like and see if you can get his home address.  Maybe ask him if he is licensed and ask for a license number.  

Ira Lee also recently responded to a Craiglist ad that I had posted and said in his reply that he does a lot of investment property maintenance in Baltimore City.

This pervert contacted my wife while we were at dinner with my in-laws last evening.  When she answered he said, "Are you wet?"  Then after asking who this was about 10 times, he said "Santa Claus."  Then he subsequently hung up and of course, did not answer when called back.  Apparently, previous posters have already verified that the phone number is based in Catonsville, MD.  I'm not sure how he received my wife's cell number, but I would make sure you all be weary of whom you give out your cell number too and how loudly you do relay your number to people when you do.

Same thing just happened to me... left a long message on my voicemail....... YUCK.

Got a call 4/19/2010 from this number.  Guy said it was "someone you know real good" and asked "are you sweatin'?"  Then I hung up.

WTF        I received a call today.  He pretended to know me!  Very disturbing phone call !!!

I just got a call from this freak. Same as everyone else - Starbucks, wouldn't tell me who it was...weird.  I am from MD so I thought it was a client or someone I knew.  I hung up on him.

Received a call from a male 2/15/10.  He wouldn't say who he was and couldn't believe I didn't recognize his voice.  He asked if I remembered him from Starbucks.  He asked me a couple questions pretending to know who I was.  I answered no and he made a sexual remark then hung up.  CREEP.

Said "Hi how are you", then started sex talk. Then I hung up. What can we do to catch this creep?

Missed call, when I looked it up it said it was a mobile phone in Catonsville that was unpublished.

Caller called my daughters cell phone and left a message....Hey saw you in Starbucks with your friend, and would really like together with you both...I'll bring the beer..PLease call me.  

Well I called back the number and he said nothing but hung up.

Called my number, pretended that he was "calling me back" from a missed call on his phone. Said he thought I was the hot girl he met at Starbucks. Said a whole bunch of hey baby sexual connotation stuff. I told him you got the wrong number. He proceded to give me a salespitch that he is an electrician and gave me the email skylee519@yahoo.com. I hung up. He called back a few min later, i didn't pick up, he left a message regarding his 'services' as an electrician and then a whole bunch of other random crap about meeting single ladies and liking 'french vanilla'.

Yeah this schmuck called me several times today. I think he's a sexual pervert.
