What is the system you use to screen calls?

I am on the computer quite a bit and suspect these repeat numbers are trying to access the line so they can hijack it. Do not answer or press 9 or 8 if instructed to do so as it opens the line for their use. I have a system on the somputer that answers/call displays and blocks unwanted phone numbers. It's worth having as I can see who is calling or trying to access the line. They never leave messages and I can continue working without being interrupted.

I keep getting this one, it says something about Macy's and Bloomingdales sales. It is a recorded message and I really want it to stop
