I am interesting who called me from this number.

Just received call from this number.  Call was a recorded message for reduced credit card payments.  Two things were illegal with this call - (1) they called my cell phone (illegal per the US Government) and (2) the message was recorded (against the law for telemarketing calls received in my state).

Recorded message from MCS Credit Services.  Offers opportunities to reduce interest rates and payments.  This didn't ask for a phone number, just to press "1" to be connected, or "3" to be removed from the call list.  I pressed "3", no response then the line hung up.

I missed this in-coming call. No message was left on my voice mail. I called the number back using caller ID and heard a recorded message that said: ?(Unintelligible at first) ... telephone removal system. To be removed from any additional calls, please enter your phone number area code first.?  Then about twenty seconds of silence, at which point, the call was disconnected. I have no idea what company was calling, and chose not to enter my non-published phone number. Note, I am already on the national ?Do Not Call? list.
