Unwanted multiple hang up calls from 410-774-8191

Called from Charter Communications. Ask for my SSN.

Started to call everyday without leaving a message and no reason. I HATE this idiots!!!

So sick & tired of this....calling several times a day for weeks now. Never leaves a message and if it was Charter Cable, they always speak with you. This is nothing more than a scam and harassment looking for private information.  DO NOT CALL  !!!

Yes, they called my cell phone but no body asnwered. When I called back, the line is busy.

Got a call on 5/24 and 5/25/12.  The message was "if you have questions regarding this call contact your cable company" or similar when we answered the call.

Calls from this number all times of the night and day. No one answers when I say hello. Hang up, then it rings again, same thing again.

well this call was the last straw.  I know they're following me.  I've seen them hiding across the street. I've seen them on my porch.  I know if I open the door or answer the phone it opens a portal to my brain and I'll die.  I can live here for a while.  they use all kinds of tricks to get in.  They leave messages that say they're the landlord or the power company and they're going to shut off my utilities.  I know who it really is though.  It's the angels of death.  Maybe I am going to die, but it will be my choice of when, not theirs.
If they've called you, you're on the list too.  There's nothing you can do to get off the list. There's no place you can hide, they'll find you.  I have to go, there's someone at the door...

I have contacted charter, it is a scam and they are aware of it. I get the same phone calls. Charter advised me to block them with with *80

THIS PERSON CALL ME ALL THE TIME MORE THAN 10 TIME DURING THE DAY AND MY PHONE NUM IS REGISTER IN DO NOT CALL UNDER FEDERAL PROTECCION...THEY ARE NEED TO STOP NOW....BY THE WAY I DO NOT HAVE THE BIG CRAP CABLE COMPANY IN USA CHARTER....

The first part of the recorded message left on my voice mail says "you are being contacted by your local cable company. If you have any questions regarding this call, please call 1-505-647-9618". When I look THAT number up, it's a telemarketer (big surprise). After the 'canned" part of the message is done, I get a clueless operator saying: "Hello? Hello? Hello?" and then they reel off some obviously scripted crap that goes so fast, it's nearly unintelligible, except for the last part that says "have a great day." Click.

Dumbasses.

This is not charter.  It is a scammer using charter's name.  It has become very easy for scammers and debt collectors to be able to misrepresent themselves on caller id.  There are web sites that will help someone do this for a fee.

It's not Charter calling, even tho that's what my caller ID says. They repeat "hello...." into my ans machine. Not too bright! Eventually they will get ahold of me and I'll dust them off. I have let a couple of magazine subs expire so maybe that's what they are calling about. That's the end of my mag subs, if that's what they're gonna do.

They are posing as charter to get your info..do not answer the phone unless it has a 1-888-438-2427 number! I just talked to Charter today about it and gave them the number thats been calling me so they are gonna try to get this stopped!

DO NOT GIVE IT TO THEM! They are posing as Charter! I just called Charter today to let them know this number has been calling me. She is going to give it to her supervisor to try and get this stopped.

I got a call from the same number this morning and said Charter on my caller ID. They tried to get me to buy the epic movie channel on demand..Well I ended up calling charters actual number and they do not have people call to sell anything. I had to give the lady this number that had been calling so they could get it taking care of. These people are posing as charter but they are not!

This number is calling multiple times per day and never leaves a message.  Annoying!!!

Haven't had problems for months, but (314) 932-8081 called at 9:55 AM, then 4:27 PM. A short time later at 4:43, I was called by this number. Another telemarketer, (313) 263-2663, has also called me in the past week. Have not answered or called back and none of them left messages. Can only assume it's a scam doing a wide sweep to look for valid numbers around the holidays.

Some one from 410 774 8191 keeps calling me. I found out it a telemarketing scam - MCIMetro ATS., Inc. which I never answer. when I do call back, I get a buzy signal

Call once a week and all I hear is dead silent, then I hang up!

This number has called me twice today and once yesterday.

Received a call from 410-774-8191 and the voice recording said: "You received a call from your local company, bla-bla-bla, then they said a phone number that differed from the above one, but I did not hear it well. The ID showed: "CHARTER".

Numerous calls AM & PM...  Did not answer as not anyone I know with this prefix.

I find the missed call from 410-774-8191 everyday recently without any message
