i have received over 16 calls from this number in the past 10 days and am being charged minutes from my cell phone company for each call

I receive up to three calls a day from this number.  Finally I asked who this was and there was no response.

she keeps threatening me

I received an unsolicited phone call from some non-English speaking telemarketer from Champion Mortgage.  When I informed him that he was calling a cell phone without permission and that I wanted him to take me off of his call list he hung up on me without giving me the chance to belittle him.
