I called the number back from a land line number and it was a recorded JD Power and Associates message that is requesting a survey be answered on Customer Service with my Citibank banking account.

I don't think I will be giving them ANY information!

Received (another) click call from this line (hung up on answer machine)....this has been a frequent caller purporting to be "JD Powers" for a "Citibank" small business survey...if you call this line back they will refer you to 1-866-823-8671 an unmanned line / voicemail box.

This one has been a frequent caller even after being told NO and that we are on the do not call list...

I would excercise extreme caution in yielding data to these folks...

I am currently working to verify this with Citibank Fraud line but it is difficult to reach responsible parties to verify at Citi so I may give up wasting my time on verifying this any more (and trust my instincts that this is a bogus call).

My recommendation would be that you be suspicious on this one as others have also noted here. Citibanks website says beware of third parties collecting info on behalf of Citibank.

They said they were a survey company. I got suspicious and looked up this number and found this site.  I called Citibank and they said that they did not give out any customer number to and third party.  This is 100% fraud to gain personal information for sinister purposes.

Got a call from this number, just a bunch of clicks and then disconnect.  I also have a Citi account so maybe it's their survey company.  Caller ID said JD Powers.

telemarketer - did not leave message.  reverse look-up puts the number in Crofton MD as a land line.  probably a VOIP transfer that has been hijacked.
