One way to get them to stop calling is to talk GIBBERISH to them. I did that and they apologized for calling. I responded in gibberish even when thay asked if I spoke English. It doesn't have to sound like any language. just make it up in response to anything they say. If you don't speak English they will most likely stop calling.

I've been getting several calls to my cell from this number multiple times per day.

I never answer and there is never a message.

Called back just now for the first time from my work office line, and it rang a number of times before just stopping.

I expect this is some kind of phishing/social engineering hack campaign.

This number called mu cell around 8pm last night like I'd really answer a number I don't know I don't answer any numbers I don't know i let them leave a message and if it is important enough I'll call them back and also put them in my contact list so i know who they are they next time.

This number keeps calling my cell phone, and when you call back it keeps ringing and ringing and no one answers.  I don't want any more calls from it.  It calls my cell 925-200-1797

Received a call from this number, on Monday, April 23, 2012 at 5:55 pm CST.  When a call was returned to the number, it just continually rang.

The phone number came up on my missed calls list, but they hung up before my phone started to ring. no message was left. I called back to see who it was but there was no answer.

Just got a call from this number.. it was a survey about transportation.

We are not from Chase Bank but we are independently commissioned by Chase to conduct these surveys without the knowledge of bank employees so as not to avoid any insincere dealings. From what I've been reading off our screens, we're only concerned about your recent visit and will not ask for any personal or banking information. Usually we just ask rating questions and reasons why you gave it a rating of which. I apologize for the inconvenience sometimes.

I also got a call from this number, sounded like young kid, also telling me he was from chase, doing a survey. i recently had some fraud on my card. somebody created a duplicate and tried to use it in fla, before that it was in new hampshire. i just closed down my card and received the call pretty soon there after asking for info. i hung up and then tried desperately to call them back so i could curse the person out. it is super frustrating that banks are not secure. told chase i was going to close my account with them as this is the 2nd time this has happened.

I also received a call on my cell phone from 410-774-8465 today around 1 pm. A gentleman introduced himself being from Chase Bank and wanted to get information about my business account so he could recommend imprfoving changes. He started by asking what form of company mine is. I got suspicius at this point already and said that the bank should have that information, declined further questioning and hung up.

I got a call 1/17 from this number also when I tried to call back it just rung.  I do not know who these people are or how they got my number. 410-774-8465

I GOT A CALL FROM THIS NUMBER LAST EVENING AT 4:26 PM. IT WAS A WOMAN SAID SHE WAS WITH CHASE BANK AND THEY WERE DOING A QUICK SURVEY. ASK ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE WITH CHASE AND IF I HAD BEEN TO THE BANK IN THE LAST SEVEN DAYS. I TRIED TO CALL THE NUMBER TODAY 1/17/2012 AND  THERE WAS NO ANSWER. SHE KNEW MY FIRST NAME......WISH I HAD JUST HUNG UP BUT I DIDN'T GIVE HER ANY PERSONAL INFO. THESE SCAMS ARE TOTALLY OUT OF CONTROL AND NEED TO BE STOPPED !!!!

Getting calls several times a day from this number and when you answer nobody is in the other line.This is scary and must be stopped. Anyone knows how to?

I just received a call from this number, a survey about customer service at my local Chase branch. It is legit. They knew my name and the address and branch number of my recent visit. If it's not legit, Chase is giving out that information. There's no other way they would know where I went. They don't ask for any information, just how was my recent transaction and how I rate my overall experience.

I do bank  locally at Chase and was at the bank recently but I live in area code (916) Sacramento not (410) Baltimore.

Just received this call, when my husband answered they asked for me, when told I wasn't home they hung up.  I dialed the number and it just rang.  We called Chase and they do not have any such service and told us it definitely was a fishing expedition.  .Do not give them any of your information!
