Received a call from these people.

Just read the posts regarding Acura. Makes sense, my car was serviced by them recently as well.

Called me 4x yesterday, no voicemails left per any attempt. I never answered

I did get my Acura serviced five days ago.  The dealer who provided the service called and left a message and asking me to call back if I was not satisfied.  I've received four calls from this number since.  I'm assuming it's Acura national and not the local dealer based on what I've read here.  I'm happy just to know who it is.  My phone is set to not ring when a call comes in that is not in my phone book.  

That's MD as in Maryland (the 410 area code is Baltimore). They're not trying to make you think it's a doctor.

I just had my Acura serviced, too, so I'm sure that's why they called me. I never answer the phone if I don't recognize the number. That's what voice mail is for.

I guess this is Acura leaving a message, but I find it VERY ANNOYING they keep on calling and never leave a message.

I have answered one call concerning my recent service at Acura. Ever since,  I get a call everyday.  I'm done. I have had enough. Will contact Acura to inform them that they're wasting their money using this bogus company for "surveys".

Had my Acura recently serviced. Didn't leave a VM. I only know this is Acura-related because I found this site.

They called me at 742pm central time and as others said it's an Acura survey.  Knew it was coming as I took my car in for an oil change on Tuesday and when I was paying for it/leaving they said I might get a call about a survey.

This 410-774-8480 from MD has been calling me. I never answered. It's most like a spam and is very annoying.

Received a call around 6:30pm PT but no message or voicemail. I do have an Acura if that's related.

I receive a call from this number around 7:05pm no leave voice mail. I don't know who is it?

I got a missed call and a "blank" voicemail yesterday and today they called back (6:20pm).  The woman sounded like she was driving in a car with the windows down.  She asked if she could ask me 3 quick questions about my recent service (oil change) and I said yes.  The first questions was to rate the experience from 1-10.  I said 10.  Then she asked why I gave a 10.  I responded "because they were friendly and quick."  She repeated my answer, then abruptly said: "We are experience technical difficulties and have to call you back later" and hung up.  It was really unprofessional and I will NOT be answering if they call back.

Same here. Acura did not show up I the caller id so I didn't answer. But I already answered their call the other day & gave a great report. When are they gonna stop enough already.

Got my Acura serviced recently in Escondido,CA and got the calls 4 times now.  If this keeps happening, will never go back to the dealer for service again.

After dealership secretary knew nothing about 410-774-8480, I called the client service number after the dealership claims they did not recognize the number. The first rep, Robert,  told me to call to see why they are calling. I was upset because it YOUR company that being questioned about suscipious phone calls being placed to YOUR clients. He also told me that they don't give out info to a third party. After I called the number, I called client services back, now Julian states that it could be an outside company doing a survey, but he is not aware of ACURA RESEARCH CENTER! Well it sounds like, acura DOES give out info to a 3rd party.smh

I have been getting random calls from 410-774-8480. Also recently had Acura service.

I've been getting calls from this number to and it now makes sense. It's the Acura service center. I just got my Acura serviced a week ago and I guess they want to know how it went. Thanks guys. It was bothering me for sometime now.

This is an Acura Survey company that got my name from having my car serviced this week.  Nothing too scary

They called and did not leave a message, a big no no for my phone. If you cant leave a message it aint that important to either one of us.

Very unprofessional for Acura. Just leave a vm and on the next attempt you would be amazed how successful you will be at someone taking your call. Acura needs to ditch this bunch!!!

I got a call tonight I did not answer and they did not leave a message and after seeing what has been written I just blocked the number on my cell!

Geeze, they're trying to care about their customers and you just complain. Pathetic. I'm happy to compliment the hardworking people servicing my car.
