received calls from this number a couple times this week and then on saturday.  i do bank with chase.  called the number back and no one ever answers.  I do notice that at exactly 55 seconds into the call- it automatically hangs up.  I'm very suspecious of this so be careful-I went to the national DO NOT CALL List and resistered my cell number.

DAM IT, this number keeps calling me and this is the 3rd time in less than 1 hour and its bugging me. I called back but the number kept ringing with no one to answer back. gesshhh

I just started receiving calls this week from this number and one call was @ 11pm. There has not been anyone on the phone when I answer. I just received another call and got online to see if I could find out where it was coming from and found this site.  Good to know that I am not the only one and that this is in fact a fraud.  Thanks!

I have received phone calls from this number in the past two days. I bank with Chase but recently some of my freinds have been getting fraudulent calls from another bank close by asking for account information and pin numbers,when they talked to the bank they say that they would never ask for that information over the phone! My guess is that this is a total scam - don't give out any information!

i received a call from this number a little while ago.  i was on the other line so i didn't answer it.  then i checked my voicemail and a girl from the # said, "hello?".  she was obviously too dumb to realize she was talking to a mail box.

they keep calling all friggin day. i did a *57 to trace it and am going to file charges again if i keep getting the calls. it is very disturbing.

I've gotten three calls from this number w/ no msg.. after I ignored the call I received a text msg "PLEASE CALL" This is new, I don't answer and instead I get a text msg.... I tried calling back from an different phone number, but it just rings and rings

I'VE BEEN RECEIVING CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER FOR THE LAST 3-4 DAYS AND I KEPT IGNORING IT.

I FINALLY PICKED UP YESTERDAY AND THE MAN ON THE PHONE ASKED FOR ME BY NAME AND SAID HE WAS CALLING FROM CHASE BANK.  HE ASKED ME IF HE COULD DO A QUICK 5 MINUTE SURVEY TO CHECK CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.  

I AGREED TO DO SO TO SEE WHAT WAS GOING ON AND HE ASKED ME "HAVE YOU BEEN INSIDE A CHASE BRANCH IN THE LAST WEEK?" FOLLOWED BY "WHEN WAS THE LAST TIME YOU WERE THERE?"  HE THEN QUICKLY SAID "THANK YOU" AND HUNG UP THE PHONE.  THE 5 MINUTE SURVEY ENDED UP BEING ONLY ABOUT 30 SECONDS AND IT WAS VERY STRANGE!!!

EVERYONE JUST BE CAUTIOUS AND DON'T GIVE OUT ANY INFORMATION.

I also had a couple of missed call from this number; called back but no answer. Since only/mostly Chase customers are being called,I would imagine that Chase customer information database is in the hand of some bad guys.

They have called me, about 15 times in the last two weeks. Now, that I hear it is Chase. I'm pissed. They've called before. I did the survey and told them never to call me back. The survey took 15 minutes and it's one of those 1-10 How was your experience, crap. Well, my experience is sucking, because your calling me daily.

Same thing...got two calls from them today and no message. Googled them tonight and found all of this. We, too, bank at Chase. Has anyone else been contacted by Executive Financial Enterprises/Slade Connors/Law Offices of Scott and Associates? If so, could this be a new tactic of theirs? They are a collection agency but we disputed our claim b/c they used our company's trademarked logo on our competitor's ad and we refused to pay for our ad. Now they are unrelenting in hunting us down. Go figure.

I got this call too, several times and it is annoying-each time I would go to answer the call they would hang up so I tried calling them back and no one would answer! How annoying! I googled the number too to find out who it belonged to.

Same story here, Chase customer etc.  My only concern is that I asked my Chase branch to verify that this was Chase customer service, and they couldn't find out anything about it.

I still think it was Chase, but it bothers me that they can't or won't verify.

I have also received calls from this number.  They never leave a message.  This is why I don't answer calls from people I don't know.

I received 2 calls from this number with a 2 hour space in between. Like the others, no message left. Anybody know who or what it is?

So the caller called back. I found out that it was Chase Bank. They wanted to do a survey about my recent branch visit. I told them I had no time to do one and they said ok. Exactly one minute later, they called back. If they call back I will tell them, "please take me off of your calling list." This usually works as I learned during my own telemarketing days. Good luck! I didn't think I'd actually figure anything out by putting this number in Google..bbbbuuttt...wow. Yea I just got my second call...no voicemail..makes since it would be Chase Bank...they are ALWAYS calling me on random numbers.

From yesterday to today I got few phone calls from this number.. and no left message and I called back and no body answered either.. So good to atleast I saw here that, that number is Chase Bank, ok now I feel little better...

This number called me 7 times in two days!! It kind of freaked me out, but i am a member of Chase Bank, so i'm sure its just a survey from them.

got a call this evening to. chase customer who  made a deposit in a branch last week. not so alarmed :)

i got the phone call and the text.  i didnt answer any of them. But then i googled this number this site popped up, so i called Chase. they said they dont call from 410 numbers, and that it did sound shady.  she said she would notify her supervisor and that my bank account was fine. I told her to watch it for me please.  i've had my account stolen before and dont want it again!
