The guy on the phone was already chatting with someone else about some private event/date he had and how someone was upset with him.  When he finally realized I was on the line, he asked if I was "Elaine"...when I corrected him on how to say my name, he replied "great" and then hung up.  I called back and it is indeed Staples Survey for a copy center visit.  Now put on my blocked list

It's Staples. I googled the missed call and ended up here... but I used Staples printing service recently, and the 1st few entries I saw referenced Staples printing surveys

I just got a call from this number, and agreed to take the Staples survey. First question: "Can I verify that you are talking on a cell phone?" I told her, "I would rather not say." She immediately hung up on me. Apparently, my level of satisfaction with Staples was not as important as my contact info.

This phone number is not from Staples in my opinion. Otherwise why would someone not speak on the other end?

I have been getting calls from this number at work. They keep hanging up.

Regardless, it's over for another 4 years, you'll have to find another topic to get passionate about and start ranting about it on a reverse call look up site.

I made copies at Staples. It's a survey, also get a call from them.

They just keep calling and not leaving a message, when I actually answered no one was there.

Received call on my cell today.  No MSG left. I guess it was Staples bc I did recently place an order with the copy center. Sure would be nice if they would leave a message or just send an email survey. I intend to email Staples directly with my feedback. The survey service doesn't really care if people are annoyed. Staples should though.

i'm on the do not call registry and am still getting calls from this number on my cell... i don't answer becuz i know it's some annoying recording or some such thing.  i think they use recordings so you can't say, do not call me/take me off your list.  very frustrating

If they are indeed Staples.. they could have left a voice  message telling me so.  Staples has sure gone down  hill.

I had business cards printed at Staples for my business, & when I called the 410-774-8489 all it is, is a recording, you don't talk to any one live.  I am going to go to Staples & complain about this.

2 no-message calls over 2 days.  i did recently have staples do a large scanning job for me, so it seems plausible that this is a follow up call.

So how do we get them to stop? I do a lot of business with Staples ... any chance of getting them to make the calls stop?

Called and left no message on my cell, returned their phone call to see who was calling, turned out to be a survey and I never have done business with Staples.

I don't think so.  I just had a banner printed by them a few days ago and got a call from this number today.

410-774-8489 called and hung up. They called again and it was a Staples survey. I HATE when companies use info you give them to keep calling you.

Staples really sux. Not only did they get a simple rubber stamp wrong, but they spam-crank called my cell phone and bothered me while I was working. I never gave them permission to call.

This is exactly what it was for me, Staples. I ordered some business cards and they are calling to see how I liked them.

Yeah, for those saying it's a survey from Staples, that makes sense to me. I just used their copy center for the first time ever a few days ago, and now I'm getting calls (which I don't answer) from this number.

This call is coming from a customer survey for Staples.  It took not even two minutes to do.  They just ask if you were satisfied about your order.
